It's really amazing that in buffing one hero so excessively they effectively nerfed a huge chunk of the cast.

He's a tank, with none of the tank drawbacks, deals huge damage, can heal himself while moving with no cooldown or drawback, and it regenerates quickly, and he can't even be effectively killed by the characters DESIGNED to kill hard to kill people.

It's because the worst part of Overwatch is its casual side. The game becomes utter shit between seasons. Now that they've fucked the meta people aren't interested.

At least with TF2 I can join the same servers I've been playing on for fucking years. Overwatch is just queuing with random people and when you aren't in competitive no one is on mic, no one coordinates, no one talks. It might as well be a game played with bots only.

The best thing that came out from this patch was the 2CP change, which is completely overshadowed by the other shitty changes.

Yesterday I said I was planning on spacing out my placements, taking a break of 1 day after each loss, but I just lost my 2nd game and want to keep playing so nvm

What heroes did you play for your placements?

So far I've played Pharah, Soldier, and Hog (first time playing him in comp). How do you know you're doing well at Hog? I managed to keep my hook accuracy above 50% the whole game, but I think the only medal I got were gold damage and bronze healing.

I really don't get what makes everyone think he's OP. He's a little harder to kill but almost every team I've played with has been able to do it as easily as anything
