Original looked more like a traditional Nipponese painting, not exactly like one but it's there, and overall that made sense. That one definitely looks better and conveys much more emotion, Madarame trying to replicate it but failing would be more believable but it also looks more western.
Either way, looking better than original Sayuri isn't exactly a challenge desu. It was kinda weak.

One question for those who have beat the game already:

Was evil/fake Igor the ho;y grail in discuise the entire time?
Cause right before the final battle starts, Igor is in tower and says what you are doing is meaningless and then he disappeared and the Holy Grail appears.

If he was the holy grail, the what was the point of him helping joker get powerful enough to beat him in the end and why did he just sit there and watch Justine and Coraline fuse when it was detrimental to his plans.

Mr. Reddit is wrong, PS2 P4 does get easier after Shadow Kanji. Golden is even easier because they nerf Yukiko/Kanji in exchange for a slight Shadow Chie buff. I have no idea what he's talking about "nearly unplayable", I'd say P4's difficulty takes a step down after Kanji and stays pretty flat, not progressively easier or harder.

the guy was retarded, there really is no challenge after Shadow Kanji and the only reason why Yukiko and Kanji were hard is that you didn't have many options, on NG- they're pretty much nothing.
That's also why later bosses become a breeze, if you suck at fusing you will get shat on. Maybe he thought this is Pokemon and kept using the same old Personas when you should fuse regularly and not get too attached to them.

My local EB recently renovated and moved floors in the mall.

They used to have a tiny 2 foot by 1 foot self area for vita games where they held a copy of P4G, maybe one or two other games, and a used copy of MLB The Show 2014 that wasnt ever going anywhere.
They scrapped the entire thing when they moved, and no longer order in games. Have to use Amazon if I want physical.

Well, what happend was i got the game about 2 weeks after its japanese release and then played it for about half a month and then FFXV came out so i focused a bit more on that than Persona 5.
Once i beat FFXV near the end of december/begining of January i went back to play persona in my spare time after i got off of work..

I had full time jobs during this period so i wasnt one of these Neet importers who beat the game in like 2 weeks and overplayed the fuck out of it.
I took in every ounce of this game and it feels good as shit to be finished.

Im 27 years old and it been a while since i have played a game with this complete feeling after i beat it.

Most games made these last few gens are made to be cash cows with reused assets and just never really truly end,but Persona 5 actually has an ending(i mean i expect a few spinoffs,but the overall main stroy is completed)

Persona 5 ending reminded of the good ol days in my youth where you get what you pay for and what you expect from a video game:

A full Fledged Experience!
Something that puts a smile on your face when you complete it and something that you never forget

FFXV is an 8/10 game with a good ending and great gameplay but its not very satisfying when it comes to the games main story and leaves out a lot of things.

The best parts from FFXV for me are the last camping scene and the scene where noctis kills himself on the throne.
Those were the only moments i felt anything for the games story and plot.

Persona 5 is a 10/10 game from beginning, middle, and end.
I cared for its characters and i cared for there issues while in FFXV i only liked the characters and never really cared much for them because the game still has lots of things that need to be explained.

Long story short, Persona 5 is a better game than FFXV purely because it offers you the whole experience of what a JRPG should.

FFXV has awesome characters who i like and think are cool as shit,but thats it.

Persona 5 has great characters(Ryuji,Yusuke) that i care about and those who i want to know more about(goro had his abilities a good year or 2 before joker so i want to see how he came to master his abilities),but still love.

Sorry for the tldr
Main reason i dropped P5 for FFXV was because FFXV was 15 years late and i was eager to see and experience what it had to offer.

Yes, i think the ending of FFXV where Noctis and Luna are togethor in the after life and the title music changes is very beautiful for an ending,but we dont really know jack shit about Luna so its hard for it to have a lasting impact on me like Persona 5 ending does.

I ironically like FFXV's ending. The rest of the plot was terrible, I felt indifferent to the characters, then in the process of trying to manufacture a tragic ending, SE accidentally created a situation where the gang stopped being a bunch of stupid dudebros long enough to become tolerable AND there was nothing better to do with Noctis' character anyways so killing him didn't feel like a waste.
