Not really. Elise is 10x better in Conquest and she's irrelevant in other routes. Some people might say the flame shuriken helps but she can't deal crits and while she's a good mage killer Kaze does that better and CAN crit, and so can Elise who deal superior damage if a bit more frail. 1. Use computer, run Nox and do some rolls. When you get one you want, link it to a Nintendo account then you can log in with your phone and use that.

He has the exact same speed as Hector, that Armads double attack still goes after the opponent so they'll be taking equal damage.
