well in higher mmr its kind of different. your team knows what the right moves should be despite playing like shit, so if the other team makes a mistake the team is usually on the same page

I was unfortunate enough to get stuck in low platinum. I climbed to near diamond, and then got a streak if bad games and now im floating around mid plat.

Games go one of two ways.

>friendly team is all cooperative and pick according to very smart and well thought out team compositions and are fairly positive through the game

Depends on comp. The extra health and mana are sometimes invaluable depending on your support, sometimes the extra regen helps if you are solo laning most of the game.

Either way, having the extra resources and health is always and forever safe, especially if you are good at getting early stacks you become a terror/near tank level HP mage with insane damage at 20.

Think about it like this

Muradin and Dehaka are comparable as tanks, because both of them are capable of disabling targets, light-to-moderate damage, and escaping.

Muradin can't heal for 80-100% of his health over the course of 5 seconds naturally, he has to wait to regenerate. Muradin can't pull the enemy into his own team, and his stun is comparably shorter.

Muradin's survival ult is directly inferior to Dehaka's, because it only adds a flat amount of health, as opposed to Dehaka's which will add ALL lost health back if he survives - which is not too difficult, given that he has the aforementioned escape - burrow - as well as his Trait. Muradin has to spec into his burst heal, which is additionally directly inferior to Dehaka's, even considering the additional health given by Avatar.

On top of that, Dehaka has global presence, can go through units during W, and has one of the strongest 'slow on attack' talents in the game, granting him 1/10 of the full heal trait per attack - which, by the way, unlike Muradin's Stone Skin talent, is on a 6 second CD rather than a 60 second CD.

While Muradin's ability to initiate, potential double-stuns and effectiveness versus basic attack-based heroes, these factors are heavily outweighed by Dehaka's positives.

Expulsion Zone has a slightly larger radius (I think) and can be used to almost the same effect in many situations, it's fantastic for separating a team or guaranteeing a kill.

I don't understand what you're trying to say but his charge is all bugged lately. Theres a clip of Grubby's stream from yesterday where Johanna stun him with blessed shield during a charge and he kept the charging movement speed for a few seconds so we can assume is bugged.

And yes, you should use the slow before cuckening her with the stun just to break the stealth because she could silence you before the charge connect.

The fact that Alarak has no real ability to adapt with his talents like other Heroes really fucks him up, and the fact that you have to reduce your Sadism to get some benefits, while a good idea, is executed really poorly. I would rather it drained 30%, then allowed you to build it back up via killing heroes or something, rather than a permanent 10%. It makes you worse at your ONLY job, which is inexcusable. Plus, with the pickrate of Pure Malice being so high they ought to just make it weaker and innate like they did with Tassadar's shield lifesteal.

Cycle of Discord is stronger than Double Cross at level 4 and no one seems to realise it, that upsets me too
