Vampy is used in all aggro bat decks and maybe in control blood. But you don't need to roll exclusively for her since aggro bats isn't an expensive deck to craft.

Look for 6+ good legos when you roll. Post the legos and golds you roll in this thread to get feedback on if the roll is worht keeping.

Maybe watch a streamer who plays a variety of decks to see what you like?

You can play whatever you want until probably A (you may struggle a little bit in B if you are playing some complete garbo deck though).
Cheap-ish non-aggro decks that you can play can be sutff like most Haven decks other than Sun Satan (so Storm, Elana, Seraph), DShift and Daria.
You can also make budget versions of decks. Some like Roach, PtP Forest or OTK Dragon are relatively easy to build that way.
Aggro is normally the best decks for starting players though. Most of them are pretty cheap and fast at climbing.
Posting your Legendaries and Golds can help me give you better suggestions.
That being said, Urd and Cerberus are great cards on a lot of decks. There is no way you'll regret crafting them.

Get some Fencers, White Generals and Palance Fencers. Fervid Soldier and Centaur Vanguard become great cards once you place those commanders in.
Drop Maid.
If you need space, get rid of Novice Trainees and possibly one Floral.
Jeno is an alternative to Floral that allows you to save evolves to go face. You can try him out to see if you like him.
Consider stuff like Demonic Strike if you can fit it in.

I spent the 10500 vials on 3 Darias because I decided I might as well take the easy way like everyone else.
Out of 20 or so games, most of the time I never mulligan or draw a Daria within the first 8 turns. My win rate actually tanked playing it instead of my aggro and control Sword. I regret using those vials now.

Lucifer feels out of place. Either go full Sahaquiel memes or drop him. Drop Matriarch as well. I'd also recommend playing a second Healing Angel, a third Hungering Horde and a third Diabolic Drain. Blood Pact is unnecessary, but it's not that bad.
Getting a second Odin and a third Queen should be priority for you right now.

It does all of those things, yes, and I appreciate it enough to keep for those reasons and more, like how the buffed Golems can't be killed by an unevolved Albert or be touched by Cudgel.

There's also situational synergy with other Golem generators, leading to cases where you can have 3 or even more buffs being passed out. It's certainly better than a second Juno.

Then add in piercing rune punish for trying to contest board and the occasional Daria -> ATONE WITH YOUR LIFE BLOOD and I'm usually dead.

Because you are an aggro deck and Maid is a weak turn 2 play. Also, the commanders you run (other than Albert) are not as impactful as, say, Control Sword's, a deck that plays 2-3 Maid, so tutoring them is not that important.

Get a third Novice Trooper.

For Control, you play him on curve when you need to put pressure on DShift/Seraph or when you can make a valuable trade with him without wasting an evolve and there is nothing better to do. Also, evolved Albert is 5/7, and those stats are a pain to deal with sometimes.

Timeless is the modern stand-in for Veteran Alchemist. She's preferable at the moment because, unlike Veteran, she can actually block combo damage so you stand a chance against the likes of Roach. She can be played on curve safely at all times, and she's got better trading stats. Derails aggro decks and Dshift by being a pseudo ward. Shuts out Daria's reach once evos are exhausted.

Anne is a board clear that procs Piercing Rune. If left alive, Grea just wins the game. Happens more often than you might think.
