Question:
In 95% of my matches, I'm always top experience with like a huge comparison to all of my teammates. Is this any good? Am I being too passive with how I play? Sometimes, I do play Specialists, and I really wanna get good with Abathur, but I also get to play tanks and assassins whenever I can.
I also always try to go even (by going from top to mid or anything such as that, or take mercs) vs my enemy in terms of levels whenever we're behind, which I guess it's a great thing?

Yeah, a big problem at lower levels is that lanes often just go unsoaked when there's nothing else on the map to do. Soaking efficiently is definitely one of the better ways to get better at the game.

Yeah, he does need some serious work. To me, mostly his laser needs work. As it is, it's extremely niche to build for. I feel as if his laser should have no cooldown, so you can swap between targets in range but keep the range and maximum damage intact. Unless of course, they run out or you cancel it. But if you get interrupted, then it has a cooldown.

His W minions need a little something as well. Maybe just less mana cost, additional charge and slightly higher damage.

To me, there isn't one particular hero. It seems to be a selection bias people frequently do. To me, it's usually just retarded players in general who are dumb at any hero. To expand; Illidan is a common "always a noob player" bias. Yet I know for fact I have seen a handful of very good Illidans. The thing about Black Pool is that it enables nothing but your Q. It has too short duration to give your laser value, and is too small to actually move while fighting. It's Alt-R + Q someone, always. Since it has such a low cooldown and kinda coincides with Q's cooldown, you might as well treat Black Pool as "buff your Q damage by 75%".

This could easily be changed by:
Black Pool covering 300% more ground around you, and having a duration of maybe 8 seconds. It's your home arena, and you deal damage within it. That enables you to position yourself more, Q a bit, W two times, E some cunt and all is well. Increase CD to 30 seconds or even 45 seconds, then it's ok.
Since you will only ever do a buffed orb once every 30/45 seconds, it's a lot less oppressive and can actually deal more damage as a result, which means you could allow for a higher base damage as to enable a laser build without Q being shit, while a pure Q build is a one-time nuke build rather than a sniper one.

Valla is your alrounder, she'll quickly AND reliably gather energy for you.
Burst heroes are: Ragnaros, Kael'thas, Jaina, Alarak and so on.
It's always fairly obvious when they're about to go in, so put that crown to use and get that sweet healing.

Any ranged AA will deal as reliable source. Raynor, Zul, Valla, Tychus, you name it. Certain bruisers like Sonya and Chen will also work, but they're just that. Reliable, not quick.

Well, very few single heroes do a ton of burst alone, they need two or three team members to help them out to do it. In Lucio's defense, he's slippery as fuck, it's targeted stuns that fuck him the hardest, and there aren't many of those right now. His sheer speed and mobility help him out, but his ideal draft situation is along side a second support like Auriel to do the burst healing.

He's not bad by any means, he's just not a solo support. He does an annoyingly steady amount of hero damage and he's hard to pin down without targeted stuns, he just doesn't heal a lot at once so he can't be a good solo support.

Lucio suffer the same shit on Overwatch.
He is pretty much a secondary support that works as helping the team thanks to the speed boost (That's some god tier engage/disengage ability, not matter how hard you try to look at it))and his big fat shield, and his temporary small-medium AOE healing while another support (like Malfurion, or Uther) focus more on the healing part and helping the team.

I can confirm at least 6 times over in the last two and a half weeks that 5 stacks can play against all soloqueues.

The system tries to make it to where their team's average MMR is LOWER than yours to compensate, however all of that shit means absolutely nothing because lmao they get to pick their own comp and are likely on voice comms, but no matter what will be more coordinated because they'll actually listen to each other.
