Do you need to frontload your damage as much as possible because the entire enemy team absolutely wants to murder you and will jump you at any opportunity they get? Does your team leave you to lane because they're fucking idiots?

It becomes very easy to position yourself in between attacks during teamfights, you can just W-AA-Q-R and immediately get the fuck out while dealing very good damage, takes less than a second this way.
You're not dependant on double W, so explosive shells for waveclear becomes an option. Only for those times you have mouthbreathers in your team.
This is suboptimal, but sometimes running suboptimal stuff achieves better results.

It deals good damage. With CD reduction on hit later, you deal a truckload of damage during teamfights. But it's definitely worse for blowing people up, and maintaining your stacks can be difficult. In the current meta towers fucking break when you push them.
The only time you take MULE is to fuck over Abathurs or other split pushers should they have one for some reason.
Also there's nothing cancerous about Ice Block. It has a long enough cooldown for you to judge when it's down, if you waste an ult on a Jaina then it's 100% your fault for having no awareness and trying to ult on someone who dies to 2-3 basic abilities anyways.

The problem with Valeera is that she enables something that we had a year ago that was per cancer. It's where you take 2 stuns heroes and kill the person before they can move.

Every stun in the game used to be a 1.5 second stun and they nerfed them all because they realized it was retarded. It was stun, stun dead.

Valeera is going to enable that shit again because 1.5 second stun that's on a point and click ability. It's not even a fucking skill shot. It doesn't help that Varian just got released as well.

He has a broadcasted stun you can move further back into your team with while he is charging, as well as get cleansed or use an invauln/unstoppable before the stun actually hits. Valeera's and Varian's are better and they are instant.

So you should probably play Butcher before making irrelevant comparisons.

What difference does it make if you're using the stun as a follow up during a gank? Valeera's isn't instant either since she has to walk up to her target, and of course it's broadcasted because she's not going into melee range to do anything other than stun you. Just today I was able to ice block just before she tried to cheap shot me causing her to hit the creep I was standing on top of.
Varian's also has travel time. You can put a force wall between him and his target to stop it.
