Why do people keep saying Catria is better than Shanna?

Catria's Luna and Shanna's Iceberg are about even in what they do most of the time (Luna doing noticably more against high DEF and Iceberg doing noticably more against low DEF), but Catria only gets extra DEF when attacking and ATK seal while Shanna has the same amazing Threaten Speed passive that Takumi gets and the very nice Desperation.

Catria is more versatile as she can ram herself into an unit without much fear, even against an axe user, and due to ATK seal, it is very likely she will survive next turn if she couldn't finish off the target.

That and she also assist in weakening a dangerous target. Threaten speed is nice, but against knight and overly beefy units, your units might be badly damaged or even defeated by their only 1 counter.

This is especially true in lunatic strata where knights with vantage are just horrible to deal with without any atk debuff.
