diamond has the biggest inconsistency in the game. Thats why you see tonnes of diamonds in plat games, they hit 3000 then tilt and bounce between 2500 and 3000 again, its very hard to climb from 3000 to 3500, it has the highest inconsistency in the entire game because as a diamond you can get placed with golds and plats, as well as masters and grandmasters, no other rank in the entire game has this level of inconsistency.

The skill disapirty between 3000 and 3500 is the biggest in the game, players who were good enough to get high plat have problems refining their skills and minimizing their mistakes enough to consitantly succeed in 3000+ games. the difference between 2000 and 2500 is nothing compared to 3000 and 3500, the game just gets extremely more intense.

Season high is 3300 and i've been bouncing between 2700 and 3100 for the last 2 months

niche picking. Get good at reaper so your team has an option if the enemies are running 3 tanks, get good at a flanker so you can kill teleporters/sheild gens

Watching the timer:
Don't expend too many ults at once, if you're playing a cap map and youre in control and the timer is around 80%, go for a team fight around 83/84, if you win it the enemy team will get flabbergasted and trickle in one by one just to extend overtime and have a greater chance at losing, when it gets to around 80% you have to be the ones to stop the random skirmishing and go for the team wipe.

Don't hero shame, ever. Unless the guy has sat on symmetra or tjorn on a koth map and you've lost 2 rounds, then you can suggest he change, don't just start flaming as soon as you see a hanzo in hero pick.

analyse what the problems are and fix them, is your team not grouping? does your team have a genji when the enemies have two beam weapon heroes, are you feeding zarya too much charge by hitting her bubbles, is your ana dpsing too much instead of focusing on heals, does your team get cocky and go for the spawn camp the moment you get control of the koth point, are you running appropriate hitscan, do the enemies lack hitscan? go pharra, dont just use your ult as soon as you get it, its fine to hold onto your ult for 1+ minutes to wait for the appropriate time, is your backline getting fucked by a flanker,

I don't know if Blizzard is giving me a message or what, but I just finished a 7 win streak with a group of randoms who had their shit wound tighter than anything. Literally the best teamwork, best communication and best overall structure. The only problem was that we got paired with some level 200's on the enemy team and it fell apart rather quickly. But for 7 straight games we flew, and I didn't get carried. Gold on Elim, healing,objective. Tonight has been so fucking good! I mostly played as Boulevard Bacon, going 26 and 3 in one match alone.

The other thing I find shit about her is the sleep dart, I think it's fine by design but I'd rather the sleep duration be 3 seconds rather than 5; but the thing that fucks me up the wall is how long it takes to stand back up when you've been woken up.

If a McCree shoots you when you're asleep, he can get two shots off before you can begin moving. I don't think this is very good, you should be up and moving after the first shot and have the potential to stop the second shot, instead you take it just as you're finishing getting up which is why she can shoot you, grenade you and melee you all in one before you can react.
