his basic combos are easy (hit e -> summon ghouls, hit w -> summon maiden -> hit e), but his nuances and build possibilities make him hard to master

Why even bann a jungler anymore?

You basically would need to bann:
Rengar / Kha / Lee to start off. Then the next tier of OP: Hecarim, Vi, Zac. There's no point in banning junglers.

The biggest problem with jungle in season 7 is that they can just pick whatever lane they want and sit there for a minute preparing an elaborate gank. If they do that they don't really face a penalty in that they lose farm or XP.

If you pick him top lane you risk your team not having a tank, and he is countered by most of toplaners. Does well against Yasuo though.
Talon jungle is pretty bad rn. His clear isn't this good and you depend on ganks. If you fail to get yourself and/or your teammates fed early on you'll be useless most of the game. You will fall behind if you afk farm, and most of junglers can 1v1 you because they have more hp after clearing. Expect alot of counterganks and invades as well.

Is there a more forgettable champion in this game than Volibear? His kit makes no fucking sense and he's a tank with no fucking defensive ability and only one hard CC, which is also his gapcloser. His ultimate might actually be the worst/most boring in the whole game not counting form switchers like Jayce and Nidalee. Any time he's good it's because an item is broken and not because Volibear is actually too strong, in fact those are the only times when anyone actually plays him.

He us in need lf a rework. He is a bear, but has no bear abilities apart from a roar. His passive doesnt make sense for lightning OR bear, its just a dr mundo ulti on a longer cooldown, his flip is silly, his attackspeed buff is jax, but with an execute on it, and his ultimate may as well be a steraks with a stattik shiv popped on it.

Its like they just threw darts at other champions abilities so they could pop them onto another champ. Also he is unbearable(eh?) to deal with whenever he is strong.

He needs some work, maybe a poppy style ability rework

The main problem of the game is that its wide as an ocean but deep as a puddle. There are like 130 champions to choose from but 80-90 of them are worthless in comparison to the most popular ones.

So like.. I did my placements after placing Diamond 4 Season 6, went 6-4 got Platinum 3.
Went on to climb to Platinum 2 with 40% winrate (thanks MMR). Yes, I play ADC, which is most likely to be the reason I dropped from 60 to 40%. Now am back to around 45% but also at P2 -3 LP thaks to Client bugging out.

Hm.. you might just be right. All the previous Seasons I climbed the fastest during the start and near the end, stagnating during mid season so I got demotivated.

I've just noticed that playing random shit like Sona APC bot or Viktor support works out far greater than traditional ADC's. We'll see what this Season will bring us. Good luck climbing back dude.
