Freedom Wars had an amazing buildup in the first couple chapters. The worldbuilding was set up well; the characters were diverse, likeable, and some of them seemed to be hiding interesting backstories; the mysteries about On High, etc.

Luck is cool, but if you use the other Mitamas you will actually become familiar with that they mean and how the Oni is disadvantaged when you see certain effects, or knowing how you are advantageous.
That will eventually make you better at using Luck as well.

If you're the careful type of player, I can warmly recommend the SPC mitama. It can be pretty fun to use the Warp to avoid getting hit, or to wuickly reposition yourself to a point where you can attack the Oni better, etc.
I remember having a lot of fun with that myself before I when into the more overpowered builds.

Yeah I have tried other mitamas too, I just find it very fun to not know what the fuck will happen next or will nothing even happen. It's not like the game has required any grinding to just follow the story either so I've just rolled with it. Will probably try something else soon though.

Used that warp stuff too but I just didn't feel it, I can see the benefits and maybe I'll try that a bit more at some point. Well for today I'm probably just going to see what this kiwami stuff is all about.

The awesome feeling from using warps is knowing you're really fucking up the a.i. routine of the Oni when you execute it in the right time and place.

It's kind of really nice if you play carefully.
There is also a mod that ensures 1 big critical hit right after you use a Warp.

In my opinion the Appeal of Luck is you can use mods that enhance your probabilites for the better.

And mods that can regenerate the spell that regenerates the whole party's spells.
Every time you purify a bodypart, you get some spells back if you have certain mods.

That's why in my opinion it's the Luck user who has the responsibility to purify parts during Infinity Missions, since doing so will benefit the whole party.
