Mashu is a major character whose arc was explicitly leading on her becoming human and watching Chaldea's sky. She was also a Servant you leveled and they weren't going to remove her, dumbass.

Olga was just a minor character whose arc was being killed for shock value so we take this seriously. The sabotage still took place and Da Vinci reported the dead remained dead.

Who will even resurrect Olga and why? Mashu needed all Fou's power and sentience. She's pretty much out of place when the story seemed hinting to the Clock Tower becoming involved while (you) will one day inherit Chaldea as Roman wished you. Olga appearing kind of throws a wrench to that.
