Buck is super fun and great if you don't trust your team-mates since he makes his own kill holes.

Frost is good against shields and retards, place traps under windows, they're almost impossible to spot.

Valk is mega good if you have a Mic/good camera placement

Blackbeard has a sub-par gadget but the SCAR is ok.

Habana is bretty gud right now due to a solid gadget, but mostly due to a great weapons set + 3 speed.

Echo I've heard is average, but I haven't tried him yet.

Cav is for shitters who go 0-4 till they make a big play once every 3 games.

Cap is ok.

By now, there are certain spots that are very obvious and get checked often, like top corners of rooms or halls.

Try to get creative with your cameras by tucking them away near props, so that they're easier to miss (but of course that are actually helping you. it does you no good to hide a camera really well if it gives you no valuable)

Try to place them so that the enemy will have their back to them when they enter the room/hall, because they'll be less likely to spot it this way

Some outside cameras by trees and whatnot are extremely valuable. Often, if you have view of key areas outside the building, you control the tempo of the match and can know exactly where they're gonna push from + you can surprise them with a runout or peek outside.

Overall, get creative. Jump on a custom game by yourself and toss around cameras for a while, and check if they're good or not. Pretend that you're defending X site, think of camera spots you think would be good, and then try and check them - rinse and repeat.

Also try not to place them in the same places every round, specially if they found it in the previous round.

Your reality distortion field is somewhat impressive, because it took nearly five months for them to patch Blackbeard. A character that was obviously OP, a character with no downsides, a character that has broken the game and eliminated entire gameplay strategies just because he's in 100% of matches. In the state he was released in Dust Line, he should have NEVER touched the live servers. Let alone last an entire season plus a month and a half after that.

Them going and finally fixing him isn't something that should be applauded. It should be concerning that it took them that long to respond to what was 1) An obviously fucked up character and 2) Overwhelming fan feedback saying they fucked up.

Remember it took them over a year to "fix" Tachanka, and their first "buff" was "Lol let him get on the turret just a bit faster maybe that will help!" - They are seriously out of touch with this game.

And in many ways they didn't fully learn, because they released Hibana which is like a Swiss Army Knife of "Do everything in the game" including having a small Thermite Spork to eat up reinforced walls and make murder holes to use her amazing gun with.
