Ck2+ was the only one that had unified european christinity (miaphysites and nestorians are their own thing as usuall) that eventually splits in the early dates last time I checked making it a lot better if you enjoy the early starts as the great schism was kind of a big deal. It also has Ancient Religions incorporated which is fun.
