I'm 58 hours in and I just got done with the wardens main quest and I feel like it just keeps going and going.

and seemingly I'm also at the point in the story where bioware writers was busy filling some sort of quota, because I just had to sit and hear a fantasy creature like the Qunari explain there's a special word for transgender people in their culture, and then right after I had another companion quest where a guy was crying and telling me he was gay and that his father hated him for it. Yep, don't worry we're only here to save the world but we'll set that on pause and go talk with your father about your sexuality.

I played Origins before Witcher and was mesmerized how alive the world and NPCS are, how complex the quests are (Blue Eyes), how the changes have repercussions in the actual game rather than being a modifier in the end game or sequel. And the fucking atmosphere of course. How awesome was chapter 4?

Meanwhile Bioware uses the cookie cutter "assemble and atmospssemble rather from the 4 corners of the world to fight the ancient evil"

I love Origins, couldn't put it down back in the day but once I got a sip of the Witcher kool-aid I saw that it can be so much more.
I even played DA2. While recovering from an operation. I had nose bleeds but kept playing until it got good. It never did.
I have Inquisition installed. It's a step in the right direction but not quite there yet.
Bioware must fine tune mechanics and animation rather than pandering and fighting the patriarchy.

Artificer, Templar and Knight Enchanter are probably the best specs for nightmare. It's not really that tough as long as you're willing to craft potions and gear, other than one annoying fight if you side with the mages. Aside from JoH, the game becomes a cakewalk after you unlock Skyhold and craft your party some guard in hit gear after farming for fadetouched obsidian regardless of difficulty.
