Final Fantasy made it possible to steal extremely rare items from bosses and other creatures because it was difficult to do so. If the effort paid off then you got the rare item, if not then you ate shit.
Its the same concept here, only it takes into account that they cant simply give everyone anything they want with enough time like in home consoles, otherwise the game would be unfufilling and easy.

Me and my buddy both pulled Blenheim last Sugo and planned to evolve him, I did it with this team and I'm rank 1 in my friendlist.

Got lucky, also this is the reason why I save "trash" Units, they don't need much exp and sometimes have their niche use.

Both Mirage tempo and Kimono Nami are viable. One could argue Kimono is even more viable because her cool down is 10, as opposed to 8. You very rarely need a damage negation THAT early into a run.

Hell I went and got myself a Zeff for this (he dropped first run thank fuck) and it's STILL fucking impossible. I've had runs where my crew cost is sub-45, cleared everything as quickly as possible and missed 1 perfect at most and still fall short. The boundary should be 800k, 850k feels borderline impossible.

If you fail to clear each stage in one turn, you basically fail.

I used a Borsalino friend and that multi-hit is pretty cool.

I don't even know if I want o bother trying Enel forest. I've done every forest apart from the Shanks one, and the failures on that one traumatised me.

Enel has some other uses, he's one of the most powerful Psy shooters in the game, Sengoku's strongest Psy unit outside himself, a Psy/Driven unit for use with Tesoro, sometimes you want the 50% boost on a midboss of a fortnight without wasting your big boost at the end, and on Count Butler specifically I used his set damage to clear the midboss with insanely high defense.

After trying multiple times and failing the Enel Forest without Sw Usopp I tried a team with a Corazon friend. First time I've used him and it's bloody amazing. You can't die. Even with the lightning damage you cannot be killed. Now taking out enemies at the same time is another story but it was amazing while it lasted.

GPU books in general in all 3 places they drop very rarely drop. You just need to suck it up and gem hard on one of them.

What is a good idea is shortening it to be more accessible. For example, it's a good idea to describe each legend, but in a way that is short and to the point.

For example:

Log Luffy: Tags: Rainbow, Burst, Intensive, Captain

Log Luffy is one of the best legends in the game, due to his nature of being a rainbow captain with insane burst.

or for someone who is more versatile, but exactly a good captain

Legend Marco: Tags: Sub, Support, Orb Boost, Tank, Quick

While Legend Marco is not the best of captains for a legend character, he absolutely makes one of the best subs in the entire game due to his special.

Just something short and sweet that really gives their strengths across.

Her special is both a 50% orb boost and a 75% damage reduction.
Qck orb boosters are actually really rare, and the damage reduction makes her a god send in forests. She's not a must but she's decent, plus you can use her to socket Alvida since her fortnight has abysmal drop rates.

Also she's not Chaos exclusive so you can at least get a copy.
