For killing Jackals you want Knight or Steel Tribe helmet depending on the weapon you're using, but you don't need to upgrade them, just equip one from anywhere.

For anyone noting down BP locations, I just got the splatter 13 boots from a regular chest in Honkawa. I can also confirm that they're not sold by Gyaku-Funsha.

1. Upgrade set with high defense for defenders assuming they will fix raids in Feb and mushrooms wont trivialize it. If they dont then I fucked up.

I have only found them in 20-29. They all dropped from ceilings. 2 of them in over 200 hours play time.

I only found one in the later 20s in one of the fountain areas. It dropped a gold chest when killed which just contained 24 KC.
Actually there was a second one in a trap room also in the 20s in one of the rotations, it's on the right side in the middle of some other rooms angling outwards. I wasn't able to kill that one before it escaped but it showed up after several waves of other tubers.

Far as we know there's only one fixed spawn of a treasure tuber, and that's Okano (22F) on rotation 2 - it spawns a Mk-3 Treasure Tuber as the last wave in a trap room that has at least some hover tubers and screamers beforehand.

I've yet to find a Mk-5, but I've seen Mk-4s in upper 20s falling out of the ceiling in those rooms that drop a random tuber when you pass through.

Kill U-10, open up the escalator to the lower floor TOGOSE, then either go back to waiting room or take the escalator to whatever it's called F37. It should be free without fighting COEN, if you're fortunate enough for your floor to map out like that.

How are they going to add the new floors anyway? Floor 41 already exists as an empty cutscene place and either will need to be retconned or they will have to make some ass backwards path from taro area and retcon the place anyway since 41 is the top of the tower. It's suda so i won't be too surprised if they just slap the floors on top and say "lmao uncle added a new layer to the console so a layer got added to the tower" but what if the future tower will get branches instead of height? There are 2 completely unused escalators currently leading to nowhere in waiting room and beating 2 additional branches which have missing parts of the tower and revisiting 41 for a true ending sounds possible.

I unironically like the machete more than the chopper. Does less damage but I love the rage and hate the copper slow moveset with a passion.

You can get all 25s with extreme luck. I have seen hunters at level 144. Max possible level is 150 but it would be silly to try and pull this off because not every stat benefits every class. You dont need dexterity as a Striker or Defender. Just try to get 25 on the stats that are most important to them. For Defenders it would be 25 HP and Vit. Shooter 25 Dex. Attacker 25 STR and Dex, Lucky Star 25 luck.

Use iron. Grind Kawabe till you get the supplies for a cleaver rapier. And then wear one in one hand, with a grade two iron in the other for breaking their armor. And you're set. (Use iron first, then rapier)

And obviously you need armor of their level. The ceramic (bulky and yellow one) got me through rather easily.

All the advice I gave you is based on my striker based close quarter style. If you're a different type of player, then Im not your man.

I'm guessing the Iron. The way I go about with the battle axe is. I make another striker that's entirely for boss battles. So I put the barbarian decal that increases the damage on double handed weapons. So my damaged was pimped up. Not to mention I literally just spam two rage attacks. (It takes two bars) So I killed him before he could even react (I was invisible.) My guide is more of a "how to cheese" rather than what's the best tactic to face him.

Forgot to add. Kill the boss in floor 23 a lot. He drops a supply that gets you the ceramic armor. Which is a whole issue with these floors are. How rare the type of metals can be. (I've only gotten one milk, the one for the rapier) Once after grinding these floors.

So remember that metals are limited. So plan with that in mind.

I pretty much just breeze through the floors by hitting them with iron, and then hitting the enemy while their stunt by it with the rapier. It's just easy gameplay.

And lets not forgot that the Iron literally just cost money. It's not like you get one iron per 10 floors.

I had to beat Haters too. And let me tell you. Didn't run out of irons for climbing run with this combination. Just the opposite. I kept both my saber and my iron. With a very efficient style of play. (As the iron stunts them enough for you get em without blocking, usually killing them in two 2, or at least stunning them completely)

But sure, I guess one hitting screamers with an iron and then eliminating them with rapier as they're helpless it's going to waste your iron???

But then again, I play more conservatively. In that I knew that you needed to kill both bosses in 26 to get the elevator. And then took the elevator to 27 knowing that next way up to floor 30 elevator needed the yellow stair. So I guess maybe I made it work.
