Right now I make 12m/h while seriously observing and thinking about the right category, that's how I estimate 100m without observing or thinking. This relies on the fact that past level ~10 and 50% accuracy, you almost always get served undecided samples and cytoplasm is by far the most frequent category. With undecided, your score doesn't update either way for a long time, so you keep making 90k per click. 90k*10000 (i.e. less than 10x faster than thinking) = 90m.

However that might be too high. Maybe it's only 50m/h max. I haven't tried it yet myself.

There are too many ships to point out one ship that's good at killing all of them unless you are willing to shell out for a pimped out t3 cruiser.

MUH ELITE PVP faggots go around in long range, mobile ships like the caracal, navy slicer and their variations because it lets them kill people, but also run away if things don't go their way.

Also, in case you don't know the slicer tree is slicer-coercer-confessor-oracle, while the caracal is caracal-navy osprey-orthrus-cerberus.

There are listen in no particular order, even if it might seem otherwise.

Why would you ever keep at range instead of orbiting? Is it easier to do when slower ir something?
