I think that was t4 default on a t4 LS. Welding gun is 5* +2 now (though I use 4* +4 more since 5* durability is shit). It takes me 6? shots to kill COEN with 4* +4 on my t5 LS though. Haven't farmed him in two days so might be wrong.

Katana easily outdamages it, my attacker has way better DPS than my LS (double barb + serial killer will do that) but I enjoy playing LS way more. The hot iron/welding playstyle never gets old and the gold returns are great. Also my LS handles normal mobs way better, Welding gun has insane armor break and the durability loss of the 4* version is non existent so your 30th shot still does some great damage.

Are you able to do the dropkick and then roll out of it? I know you can do that when you're knocked down by an enemy. Not sure if you need to level up your kick to recover from it immediately or not, though.

Chest metals were a mistake. I spent the entire fucking day looking for DOD green and I only got 3. This is counting one I got from the shop. Every other gold chest metal was milk and wolf. Then I look at the set I want to evolve and I need like 15 of them. This makes me want to die.

It's not a damage sponge if you're properly geared which is fair. The only difference is that it's a bit harder to gear up later in the game. Even with the bare minimum red metal armor and weapons enemies do like 10 damage and die in 1 hit.

The green icons there mean the valve can be interacted with, and as far as I know, both of those lines lead to the same floor, which is the one you need to progress to. He finally defeat the defender and gained a whopping 648 KC and a bit more SPL than that because of the fighters he killed.

Probably. The area immediately after beating the first don only has a hater and a miniboss, and I've never seen a jackal spawn there after only killing the hater.

Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if Jackals simply can't enter a floor while the miniboss is still alive. Otherwise, there's a remote chance the player panics themselves into the boss room and the jackal oneshots the boss the player wasn't able to beat yet. That'd be plain silly.
