Tier 3 sorc spells are pretty good at offsetting the cast times. Let's say it takes 30 seconds to fully incant a High Bolide, right? I don't know the actual time but roll with me here. Upgrade it to Grand Bolide and you're adding maybe 3-4 seconds on to that cast time for a massive increase in damage, range, etc etc.
Of course, the problem still lies in NOT GETTING INTERRUPTED but you know.

after going through multiple runs of the base game and BBI on different characters this is the way its intended, level 1 BBI weapons just suck ass compared to grigori's, and I dont know if you can get a level 2 from BBI level 1, if you can then you also need to savescum a lot a particular chest.

Scather/Util/Miti is what I go for on my own sorc pawn. I did roll with challenger instead of scather but apparently challenger is more focused towards taking out ranged enemies first which are usually weak anyway and I also found challenger causing my pawn to occasional climb enemies.

New player here, when should I switch vocation? My guys a strider and I plan for him to be a magic archer and my pawns a fighter and I plan for him to be a warrior. We're level 15 atm, just got to the gran soren inn and got the option is why Im asking

this isn't a min max question for the stat growths, but more of a when do I know I've got the max I can get out of a vocation? I dont wanna switch now if I was 100 exp from unlocking some sweet new augment, but I have no way of knowing when those are. Is it based on the little red circles? I think hes like 5/9 on those atm so would be good to finish that off before switching?

Try a neutrilising elixir, I've heard that they also erase any learned behaviour a pawn has. They still work off of bestiary knowledge so don't worry about it turning into a literal retard.

Speaking of magick archer, does starting mage, doing a couple dozen sorcerer levels and then swapping between ranger and m-archer until 100 make for a solid stat plan?
