Why do people think that decks with Reno have to be highlander decks?
I play reno on my Freeze mage and it's pretty good, i can't play him on turn 6, but as a freeze mage I can wait until later in game until I get popped or something and go right back to 30.
And I can drop the healbots because of it too, so I get an extra card slot for more freeze or draw.

Well, yeah, its the skill of finding the most optimal play for hours in a row, making no mistakes, always seeing lethal, never allowing your opponent easy lethal paths. Finding the tweaks to your decklist to beat your current meta. There is a good reason why the same 1000 people hit legend first every season, then the rest hit it last week of the season. Also, why only a small minority of players ever hit legend. Sure its a lot of time, I suck at this game and always hit a wall at rank 6. No amount of time ever solves the problem. I am too retarded to make my own meta calls and often make a silly mistake once per 5 games which sometimes causes a loss. This game bores me after an hour so to grind it I need to watch movies and that exacerbates the problem and I break streaks.

Sadly, all this means we can probably program a computer to play HS better than we can. They don't get mentally tired or lose focus.

Do you have some weird card that hunts you, /hsg/? Coz I have one, its PitLord, every time i see purple glowing when I opened a classic pack, I hope for one of druid epics, or BGH, but NO, ITS FUCKING PITLORD. I disenchanted 3 pitlords allready (I still have 2 in my collection) one of them was fucking arena reward. Today it happened again, I saw purple glowing, prayed for BGH to finish my Renolock. GUESS WHAT WAS IT! It was fucking PitLord, and to spice things up, it was Golden ffs. I mean 400 dust is great and all, but I would prefer some other meme epic card.

You only play 1 copy of those 3 cards, though. Otherwise the rest of the deck is removal, healing, and cycling, and it has been incredibly easy for me to cycle through literally my entire deck against any matchup that requires the worgen to win (control matchups with lots of healing and AoE for patrons, basically).

Also don't act like anyfin doesn't have more dead cards it can draw early, like anyfin or LoH.

Just yesterday I've had a game where I went chow, minibot, muster, shredder, belcher, quartermaster, dr. boom topdecking most of this shit. The opponent quit before I could drop tirion. You can deal with all this shit, but it's pretty difficult unless you also draw a perfect curve and/or have the rich man at your disposal.
However, this happens to me pretty rarely. More often I'm forced to make weaker plays like juggler+hero power on t4, or coghammer a token on t3. But in general, midrange paladin is designed to constantly put shit on board that has immediate effect and if you have no counterplay, you get hit in the face.

If you play mech/tempo, just play annoyotron, mechwarper or snowchugger on turn 2. Not ideal, but he can't trade favorably with it because there is no way he can kill your minion on his t2 unless it's a murloc deck and he has the bluegill.
If you play freeze mage, you don't really need to worry about minibot, just ping the shield when you have free mana for hero power.

Undertaker hunter was something like 90% of the ladder back in the day, shit was crazy. I kind of miss it though. It was so dependable that you'd be running into hunter after hunter that you could just make a full-on anti-hunter hate deck and climb easily. I got legend off the backs of undertaker hunters.

Nowadays paladins are everywhere but only like 30, maybe 40%. There are so many other random shits you can run into from any class that it makes it impossible to just hate out one deck and climb because then you're bound to run into priests and warriors and renolocks and lose stars.
