Ascension has always been tainted to me because of that. They hadn't rebalanced her passive around other game modes and at the time a lot of its stacks came from cs'ing instead of simply a timer, and she was severely underbalanced in general, partially due to a bug on her E. It was literally my worst experience playing league ever.

You can:
1) Push - It's unlikely Swain will max W first so he lacks wave clear and he isn't the best champion to farm under turret with. If he uses his ult ton push he will be OoM constantly
2) Outrange him - Not as quite easy to be done but his range isn't the best right now
3) All-in when his CDs are down - High Risk High Reward. Swain should be using his E and Q on CD to harass but if for some reason he use it on a minion go to town with him
He also has no escapes but trusting your jungler to gank/ganking him post-6 is not the safest option we got

I mean I wouldn't go that far but I think that these people need to learn to love themselves for what they were born as and get therapy or other kinds of help if needed. Chemical imbalances are easily fixed these days... its just that most of these people are fixing them opposite in the direction that they should be.

If it were so simple, then any of the treatments developed in the 60s and 70s would still be in vogue today. The neurological groundworks of gender identity and sexual orientation are laid out before a person is even born; any variance in this regard will result in unusual behavior. You can try but you'll never successfully adjust your behavior and cognitive processes to be more like either gender if you're unlike either of them at a fundamental level. Transition might not be the answer but denial isn't any better. Advocating either one of these attitudes is irresponsible or simply misguided.
