You know, the concept of doing existing achievements and/or some kill grinding for petty cash and a mod isn't so bad. But the fact that it's only a super tiny subset of the achievements is what makes it disappointing.

We thought there would be things like doing extra tasks like the hockey poster from FS Day 3, or Vlad's pig.
We thought there would be things like spontaneously doing X thing during a heist.
We thought there would be a few dozen of these extra things because of how much we'd go through during Spring Break.
Maybe make them show up on every heist (e.g. like the hockey poster).
Maybe make them more like "hourly jobs" and "daily jobs" to make up for the fact that the rewards are minor.
Maybe let heisters try to randomly cycle through them instead of letting them be time-locked.
Maybe have Infamous quality items be spontaneous notifications at random times of the day/week that run out in 24 hours.
Maybe have more than three Infamous masks for weekly mask rewards ever.

Side Jobs are so disappointing because they're worse than Neopets dailies.

Also only OVK stealth? There is zero reason to bother with sub-DW (except for certain achs on Normal and difficulty masks) because the difficulty is basically the same. Only changes that'd matter would be Titan Safes and cameras showing up but then that means you want to rush it, not do real stealth.

I used to be a career stealthfag.

Was a Techghost main all the way through I-100 before Infamy 2.0 came out. Did shit like loud DW Transports in a Flak Jacket and stupid shit like that. I stealthed everything that can be stealthed for the sake of stealthing it.

After I switched to loud builds, I never looked back. Because stealth is a lot of bullshit mechanics and if you fail, you have to restart because there is no partial credit, you have to start over from square one. On one hand, that makes sense, on the other, it's just tediously boring. And then there's the problem where stealthing with more than one person is a huge shitshow. Nobody ever listens to directions, always get caught, and even if you have seasoned competent stealthers, some bullshit always springs up last minute and it all goes to hell. And then you realise that you spent 1hr+ restarting the heist over a dozen times and the final successful run took 40+ minutes.

Why bother with unfun shit like that instead of shooting it up for 20 minutes? You get more exp total for doing it loud on any heist, other than the Elephant's two stealth heists, there is zero reward for stealthing compared to doing it loud.

And then there's the problem where 90% of the stealth heists can be ECM rushed except for the ones that were explicitly made to prevent that because devs were butthurt that 4-man ECM rushing is a thing.

You see video listings of people "speedrunning" stealth heists that take like 10-20 minutes but you ask yourself "Why don't they just ECM rush it? This is boring and inefficient anyway."

That and OVK's idea of stealth difficulty is adding more guards and more fetch quests. "Oh this heist is harder because you have to run back and forth 12 more times than the next hardest stealth heist ;)" It's not fun at all.

But going loud OVK is more profitable than stealthing DW because it takes far less time, is more fun, and faster. Not to mention you can't stealth the big payouts for xp/cash like rats/hoxout/HM. Multiple pellets hitting the same target don't do more damage.

One 33 dmg pellet = 33 dmg
Two 33 dmg pellets = 33 dmg
A million 33 dmg pellets = 33 dmg

Only time multiple pellets might matter is if one pellet is a bodyshot and another is a headshot. Then you deal headshot damage.

This is why accuracy on shotguns is undesirable. Only one pellet has to hit a cop, so you want the widest spread possible for maximum room clear.
