Gear boost helps partisan and sword, but it's by no means necessary and doesn't do anything to increase actual damage output. I don't factor weapon types into the equation because there's viable multiclass/allclass/craftable ones they can use to bypass that problem.
The only thing that really makes them different is weapon actions, which is only really important for twin dagger due to their gear relying on it. Hunter weapon actions can be replaced entirely with step or Ignite Parry if you're doing sword and double saber can use Hurricane Sender to trigger it instead.

two, its very important in mobbing with a partizan unless you like spinning and wasting time you could spend doing damage
three the range matters a lot and if you don't have consecutive stocks to blow and TAJA with then you're just plain doing it wrong
sword is similar in that between spawns you're going to waste time thwacking about with low charge PAs or unoptimal shit for a whole mess of enemies, unless they're also conveniently lined up for sonic arrow in such a way that you get full gear in one shot.

Please show me where gear boost increases the damage bonus from having gear. Gear boost is helpful, but you can still build and maintain gear without it perfectly fine. It doesn't give you more damage, although I will admit that it does allow you to get to max damage faster.
Also, I hate limit break down to it's core concept. My argument isn't "Limit break best skill" like a ton of memepsouting faggots will invariable yell any time it's questioned, it's "Fighter has better main class skills than Hunter", which it does because all of its main class skills result in large damage increases, which is still the only thing that matters in this game because sega can't MMO design worth a shit.
I also haven't said anywhere that Hunter is a bad main class. Only that Fighter has better main class skill options. By the time you're able to get 13 stars and have weapon boost, you're already gonna be good at whatever you're doing, so your build is gonna be fine either way unless you're a guard stance retard. You'll just be marginally weaker than you could be when 13 star crafting inevitably gets added in like a year, but by then this entire argument will be moot cause they'll have fucked up the skill trees again.

I watched a friend play some of it, exp is daily capped, and theres run limits per day (but the run limit per day was pretty big like, 40 or something?) and not sure how bad exp cap was, but exp was basically like hunter rank, except missions and gear was locked behind exp (hr)

As long as the game keeps the formula it has now, there will never be a traditional endgame as all content can be done at all levels. The closest to endgame you'll get is grinding the best gear.

I guess you could consider those end game if you wanted to, but advanced quests are pretty much just free explorations with better rewards and extreme quests are pretty much never run for any reason other than weekly orders or making a quick buck off selling affixes. Ultimate mode is probably the closest it gets outside of EQs, but it's still pretty much just another free exploration.
There's still no traditional fancy end game, though.

There's a reason I said "TRADITIONAL" endgame before. Traditional endgame is yes, whatever the latest big superraid megaboss that can only be done by organized teams with the second most powerful shit. That can't apply to this because anything that could be considered a superraid megaboss can be done at level 1. The "endgame" we can say we have is money and stone grinding, but I prefer to think we don't have one because I want to continue enjoying the game as a game instead of making it a second job. By standard definition, there isn't one here. None of the examples given are any different than normal missions you can do at any time without limit. Advanced quests in particular are literally the same mission with a higher spawn rate and a variable boss at the end. Extreme is the same mobs as the normal areas thrown into a small arena with a special mission tacked on. Ultimate can be considered endgame if we're gonna ignore how every other game ever made defines endgame since it actually has things that aren't in normal missions in it.

The class trainers explain how photons work with their class, right? So melee classes get stances, because melee focuses on drawing photons into your body.
So then, how's stuff like Elemental Stance and Break Stance work? Change your body's photons into dark? Destabilize layered structures at a molecular level using a certain frequency of photon emission on touch?

Sega changed their launcher so it checks your files everytime you load in thus killing any unauthorized alterations. It's believed this is mainly to stomp out thew lewd patches but it also kills any language ones as well. To get around this you can either use a custom .bat launch file or start your game via the tweaker.

TD3 and 4 I think were episode 3, I know 4 is and it's rad. Profound Darkness boss, more 13*s, a lot of which are minimal-RNG stone-grinding which is a lot better than dumb luck. Bouncer class is fun if you're a grade-schooler who likes easy modo. And some other little things, I guess Gal Gryphon and XH are also new.
