Might be due to dailies. If you get 3 Feather Drops (Stage 1/2 drop) and a clear X quest daily.

Host one room for the quest, then host another room for farming the drops. Use N since that has half the AP cost of hosting H, but do two runs of H to guarantee you'll get the drops after 5 runs total.

The main issue is the Carmelina overlaps badly with the most common class picks.

Her first skill is pretty average. Multiplier is okay, but the debuff is very weak - which isn't what you're looking for on a support character. Cag has a similar one with a 15% debuff, and it's the weakest part of that skillset. Sadly it's probably the strongest for Carmelina.

Second skill is just Gravity, and the problem is that if Gravity is vital to clear a raid - you can switch class to DF and do the exact same thing without needing a party slot. DF is only bad once you don't need Gravity/Slow, but in those situations Carmelina is also redundant.

Third skill is debuff resistance down, identical to SS' debuff. And SS is what most people tend to run with their wind team. It's only good for low accuracy debuffs or if you're running with element advantage, and the other high tier wind characters rely more on buffs than debuffs.

So she's a mediocre character who just doesn't fit in the element (bad race/skillset combo) and also is easily replaced by picking a different job.

I've been overthinking this decision for a few days now so I'd like some advice. New player, going to use a surprise ticket, this is what I have. Try looking at your weapon pools and summons first and see which is doing better. If neither is particularly good, Earth might be better because Celeste is the bigger jew. (though Yggdrasil having only one attack up SR puts it at the bottom of the four elements).

Really under normal circumstances there would be absolutely no problems with ticketing another earth character, but as things are, there's a wind event going on right now, which will be followed by another wind event, and after those, we're getting another wind event, and earth doesn't do well against wind.

You could start working up a dark team right now, but Dark and Light elemental teams tend to develop more slowly than unusual due to decreased drop rates for stuff related to their element.

If you are planning on working around Dark you should probably ticket Vampy because she's really cute and useful for dark teams.

If you were on Earth you'd probably want an attacker of that element. Don't take my word on this but I'm pretty sure Altheia is more useful earlier in the game. Eustace is more eusful when units like Octo and Cag can give him the fast ougi meter gain he needs. Octo would not be available for at least three months and Cag's buff only grants its effects to everyone at level 100, which is a long time away.

If you'd like a bit more direction, I'm not one to shill for cygames but there's a gacha deal going on right now that will guarantee you one SSR. That SSR will very likely be a weapon with a character, but it might have a summon or a characterless weapon. I've rolled star gachas thrice or so times now and that hasn't happened to me, but it's a possibility.

This star gacha going on right now, this one specifically, rotates between the races. It was on Humans first, until a couple hours from now it will feature Eruns (the furries). Afterwards I think it'll feature Dorafs, the guys with horns, and then Harbins.
