I bought black ops 2 a month ago and am still enjoying (though I did the retarded fresh start prestige thing without realizing the implications). But BO3 and AW have no appeal to me, too much future tech.

I actually really liked BO's gun selection because the 50s-80s had some neat gun designs, combination of new and old. Really enjoyed playing hardcore on BO but can't get in to it in BO2. Also host migrations like a mutherfucker, didn't seem to happen as much in mw2 or 3.

also Gorgon w/ extended mags on nuk3town is fucking retarded. i pull 60 kill games almost every single time with 30 or so defends (Domination), most I've gotten is 70 kills. It's just ridiculous. If i could just say one thing about this weapon, its that it locks up the field in an unstoppable way. once you get set up by B Dom, there is no real way, short of boost jumping at the side of the building and getting lucky, to beat the 2 shot gorgon at the head glitch. people try to catch you from inside the doorway or at the top window but as long as you keep your eyes open and your reflexes tuned, your TTK will always trump theirs. plus they basically HAVE to hit your head, which is hard to do in the fast paced game modes (once they zero in on you, most likely you or another teammate of yours has already cleaned him out.

I would say you can get about 10 kills before someone will finally be able to take you down (mostly from 2 or more people popping out from the building at once), but the potential to go nuclear is outstanding, to say the least. also: KILLSTREAKS AHOY

The mouse aim feels off, like way off, like the sensitivity almost seems to jerk all over the damn place despite having a steady fps and ping

Hit detection is awful. It also seems to take the game up to a second to register the fact that I'm shooting and the majority of the time despite firing, seeing the animation, and hearing the sound effect as much as 75% of the bullets "don't seem to count."

Also god damn I hate flinch so much literally a shitter shield and I don't care how many headshots its gotten me, its bullshit and shouldn't be on PC.

Dingo is propably the best weapon for hardcore because it does one shot there over the entire map with decent firerate

BRM is a jack of all trades with pretty low firerate, 3 shot kill across the map
Dingo is the best for close range with lower than class hipfire spread, 4 shot kill across the map
Gorgon is the best for long range with ridiculous slow handling, 2 shot kill across the map
Dredge is the best for mid range with barely any recoil, fast firerate in burst, 4 shot kill across the map with 6 shots in a burst

I'd swap out RAPS for UAV for easy assists, a launcher could help too for easy points

the hit detection was awful in BO2, for this game there are barely any problems. in 150 hours i had maybe 4 encounters with delayed hitmarkers

flinch is retarded, makes SMGs even stronger and fucks up all slow firing weapons (ie all AR)

Treyarch loves gimping snipers to force people to actually play the class as it's meant to be played.

Shooting while standing was huge amounts of recoil. Shooting while prone and it was almost negligible.

Removed stabilising factor later on because shitters couldn't quickscope.

Everything gets locked again and you unlock it as you level up, as normal.

All weapon levels, camos, calling cards, black market items and shit like that are kept however. So for example if you have a max level PSG with gold camo and all attachments, when you prestige the PSG will be locked but when you reach the level needed to unlock it you'll still have all your camos and attachments.

You'll get another custom class slot and a permeneant unlock token which can be used to make any item (specialist, weapon, perk, scorestreak, etc) unlocked permeantly.

Am I the only person on the planet that does this? Redwood, Hunted, and Infection are about the only maps it's only half-decent for, but I also run Dead Silence so I don't have to listen over my own steps. I occasionally switch out for Engineer and/or Gung Ho (I feel that split-second gives a huge advantage).

If my friends are on, we're usually doing HC Dom, so I toss those out for Gung Ho and/or Engineer, I feel like Care Packages, especially when re-rolled, reward you with Raps at a very high rate. I can't run Care Package without Engineer because fuck Guardians.

I don't use Ghost since I have Blackcell on every class, that way it frees up a slot for everyone I play with, too, not to mention I love the extra spm.

Maybe I should switch out Fast Hands for Tracker or something. I'm just always running, so I feel it's useful to me, especially since taking out the Blackcell takes decades without it.

Makes you pull up the gun much quicker after sprinting. Works with gung ho as well.
It's not limited to hip firing but helps if you ADS after sprinting immediately too.

For some reason I always thought that Hung Ho override Fast Hands's effect, and when I used Fast Hands I never noticed the benefit clear enough because I usually get killed anyways by a enemy without it that's also sprinting like me.

I'm not a genius at this shit, but I was big into fixing what I thought were my issues before I found out CoD was just shitty in-game latency bullshit thanks to OvenBakedMuffin videos.

The UDP and all that shit can get confusing, try just putting your PC in the DMZ for a second.
If you don't know how, go to your advanced or firewall settings and set what you made your internal static IP for your PC the IP placed into the DMZ.
Not recommended for PC's, but if that works, then something is probably just wrong with your numbers when trying to port forward normally.

You can't replenish explosives of any sort via ammo packs from Support class anymore.
I had several hundred hours, level 135 or so, and 95% of my time was Support.

I'm not saying I didn't run around like a moron in TDM's spamming C4, but when you can only potentially destroy 1 tank per life that is fucking bullshit.

After I installed the patch and played a while right after it came out, I went to battlelog and didn't see a single thread of outrage anywhere.

I was wrong, level 116 with 249 hours, I just checked.
Just pissed me off because I only ever played Conquest. Would of played the shit out of Defuse because I love S&D but it's been broke since day 1 and although there were multiple attempts to address it to the devs, it was never so much as noted.

My way around it? Check the lobby leaderboard every time you get in a lobby (that you're not thrown into a game of course, but that's preferred, because if you lose, who cares since it doesn't count?). If you see those that are really bad on your team and those who are really good on the other team (1.5+ filling up the other teams slots) then back out and try again.

Doing this I usually pull K/D's every match of no less than 2.5. I usually top off at 5-something, but this is on average. I do have my fair share of games where I don't die, even a match recently of 28-0. I started with a HC TDM leaderboard k/d of 1.5 or so before.

Also, that OP is kind of retarded for complaining about balancing teams. It works when everyone is playing solo, but I completely agree if you're going up against a full team of people who are obviously much better than every random on yours.

Anyone feel like Rapid Fire is only good/feels different on certain guns?
HVK, M8, Kuda all feel like they get the best advantage from Rapid Fire while others like the Vesper, Razorback, and Weevil just make the guns much more innacurate, and, worse, like some of the bullets are fake (same amount of hitmarkers in the same amount of time as guns with RF, even though the sound and bullet trajectory animation is much faster for example).

I know from watching vids that there used to be some glitch in the CoD series that made some bullets like this, and it's why the TTK in Ghosts was so fast (although I never played it).
Think this is the outcome for Rapid Fire in some cases, but was never addressed?

I use bumper jumper, xbone here.

Its handy; I've been working on dank matter so I run gun+attachments and perks only, so no tactical grenades.

Bump is left bumper and tac grenades is A (x on PS iirc), since I prefer SMGs and shotguns overall its handy for wall running duels and dogfights.

I also use it for Halo and Evolve since melee in halo is Right Bumper with it, and evolve has jetpacks

Its handy, I only needed to beat the freerun courses using it and I adjusted fast

i don't like the multiplayer. i'm level 30 and i just cant see it getting any better. every game i play a 1v1 fight turns into the other guy jet packing up and spraying then me ded. the combat is just on too may levels. feel some guns need to be nerfed LMG mostly. with a few attachments you can have no recoil using it as a sniper with a 50 round mag. the cases in mp are ok i guess feels like they just want micro transactions. the gum imo is cool but un-needed over all. last call of duty i play was b02 on 360. i feel like you get so many points now. i have played a hand full of games and had a punched weapon by round 20 in each of them. the new map i dont even get. played it once and that was it hope the new map is better.
