So with the exception of 2 froggits, 2 whimsums, Doggo and Papyrus- he's been just casually killing everything. I'm not sure what's going through his head when playing, maybe he thinks the mercy thing is a gimmick, or maybe he's worried about not getting enough levels or something if he's too nice.

so far he says the game doesn't seem too interesting and he doesn't understand the love for it but he likes the battle system.

I definitely want him to go through organically without me suggesting or spoiling anything, but I feel pained watching him. I hope he continues and makes it to the end. Too many people I've seen do a neutral run first and feel like it's not worth it to try pacifist because they don't believe it'll be much different.

I really was expecting him to play a bit differently since in other games he plays healers/supports and generally likes helping people. He had the overwatch Beta and his absolute favorite character was Mercy
