something seems off this year. i have a bad feeling that something really bad is going to happen at agdq. there is way too much anger building up between the actual speedrun community and the gdq staff. the community is getting banned one by one from the events, people are starting to realize that the runners do the hard work but the mike uyamas are the ones getting paid, and the focus has dramatically moved away from speedrunning and is all about how much internet begging the community can do. add in the wide spread mental illness and that is a recipe for disaster.
