First you need to do the water plant missions all the way until you save shower lady (when you know what I'm talking about you will be done)

Then you need to help the ORPHIE all the way up until they take an interest in the water plant and create robots to defend it.

Then you can find the Haywire mission out on the field by the waterplant. It's a really long quest line.
