I pirated Norn9 to decide if I should buy it and finished half of the routes available, and while I like some things I'm sure if I truly liked the game. Many things made me cringe, others made me smile and there's some really dubious routes that made me wish they never added them in the first place (why even add Ron and Heishi for Nanami if in my opinion, they don't seem as compelling? Ron seems like a complete trash)
Actuallly, my biggest problem is that I don't feel like finishing everything.

Did anyone felt this way as well? maybe I'm just not liking the game enough and should not bother? I bought Code:Realize and finished the common route plus two routes in three days, and I've been playing Norn since October and I'm still not done with it. For those who finished everything, was it worth it?

The other routes aren't bad, just not as good. Definitely still worth reading. My main problem with them was none of them answered the questions I wanted answered and I thought the game had forgotten all about the plot, so having done Kobashi first might not be all bad for you.

The true route is about Zakuro's past and has a few more twists(one that'll you be able to guess beforehand). Its ending is also the most well rounded one, although it's very bittersweet.

Above average but not too hard. It's more kanji play and unusual kanji for simple words than difficult vocab. If you're good with spoken Japanese it shouldn't be a problem. At most some of the nuances or double meanings will be lost on you.

Some examples are 幸せ is 仕合わせ, 食べる is 喰べる, 体 is 躯 and 々 isn't used to signify repetition of a kanji, it's always two of the same kanji instead (for example 中々 is 中中).

You can not change back to a team that you exchanged before.
There is also not a results screen after every battle and there's no map so it feels way faster than previous events. You just beat the enemy, go to the next one, choose what to do, repeat.
After beating enemies, you collect a set amount of balls(?) for which you get nice cash shop rewards, the new night winter background and some rarer swords.

The maps available right now are a bit easy, but the hardest one will be added tomorrow so hopefully that one will be challenging.

I've played the demo.
So far I felt similar to it as I did Inganock; interesting worldbuilding I want to explore, great characters I want to watch, and writing that bores me to tears.
