Someone who cared enough about a consistent plot for this thing could rationalize that. This said, since the game is still just a nukige, they won't care, people will play this thing for faps, very few will care about the argument, and those few in the end won't care in dig it too much because it just fall apart.

The thing could be

>Monster can procreate with almost any species with fertile males
>Humans are preferred targets because "quality"

Or something along those lines. The point is, you just can't make a lot of work around that, the point of "absolutely no male monsters" is a problem that goes both ways:
If they don't exists, Monster will attack humans. If they exists; Monsters won't need humans at all, enslaving them.

Working with that could be an interesting story, but it won't happen in a game that's made to house a huge number of fetishes.

caster in extra would get her fucking shit slapped by MGQ tamamo no mae though, she's honestly pretty shitty as a servant without her full power, and she literally can't BE a servant with her full power because she isn't classified as a Hero, she's reclassified as a god, and can't be summoned.
