MGSV is rushed and not polished but not unfinished

A game development always starts by the beginning and ending and both are here and excellent.
People Think chapter 2 in incomplete because i think the name is misleading, it should have been named epilogue.
Puts an end to venom and quiet storys only missing the end of liquid story but all games have cut content it just couldnt make it in the game in time.So you can say it was rushed

You can say that it is unpolished because it is lackin in the mission design aspect. You have those great story missions and between them you have a hundred copypasted exctracting mission which are very boring.
Groung zeroes did a better job with a lot of variety in the missions.

You can add to this that MGO wasnt even playable at release. showing how rushed was the release.

Its sad because with 5-6 months more this game could have been the greatest game of all times

Man seriously, Kojima decided to spend the last two years of development sucking off random Hollywood types, like Refn, JJ Abrams, etc. He cut the game to shit and altered the method of storytelling to appeal to people who do not play games. He altered the game in ways detrimental to the series, with an empty, laughable open world and regenerating health. There are no difficulty settings and no balancing whatsoever.

There is no reason ever to start the game over since it incorporates PHONE GAME technology to keep you wasting your time running the clock for upgrades.

The game is a complete and total failure at what it set out to do. There's no mystique you missed, it is ALL Kojima's fault.

MGS4 was my first real Metal Gear game and it blew me away. The story, the gameplay, and all the Easter eggs were like a revelation to me. It got me excited to play games again.

Kojima made Snake Eater and SOL on a small fraction of the budget that TPP had.
There's no excuse for how the game turned out.
