No. You have to have the disc to re-install it or even play it when it's installed on the console.

You can have the disc, install it to the hard drive, take the disc out, and try to start the game and it won't start.

If it worked the way you wanted it the entire world could purchase 1 disc and pass it from person to person until everyone has downloaded it to their hard drive. Even if you remove it from the hard drive later you have to have the disc to re-install it.

From my experience in dealing with mixed display refresh rates, if your rates are not the same for each monitor, 120-144hz will work on the monitor as long as the game is in full screen on the 120-144 hz monior.

I have a 60 hz secondary monitor with a 144hz main monitor and if the game is running at 100+ on the main but is in borderless window it will have a 60 hz "look and feel" its not easy to explain but you can def. see it is not 120-144hz.

You won't run anything over 60fps if you try to play on both monitors. I would suggest to play in only one of them until you get a better GPU (if playing on both monitors is what you actually want).
I got a similar setup, 2 dell and 1 tv on a 970, it works perfectly fine but i only play in one of them at once. And i set the TV to disable both monitors when i turn it on.
Never tried using both monitors and the tv at once.
