I never went back though Alan Wake but I did get totally immersed and played through it in one day.
For me, the game I am alive. Its shirt and sweet but I went through it three or four times. Actually enjoyed it more than the last of us which is 40x a game.

In this thread we will tell each other why we dropped games we sunk at least 50 hours into. This is for the dedicated, the ones that muscled thru hours and hours just to say "I can't anymore." Any reason will do but I want to hear about the most inane and stupid reason you stopped. That epiphany moment when you realized it wasn't worth it or fun anymore.
Dynasty Warriors 8 for me
>trophy for listening to all dialogue options in the game.
>ALL DIALOGUE
DW8 has a thing called Ambition mode. You choose one of the 49 characters and go conquer all of China. You can make any character you recruit your lieutenant. On top of the normal dialogues like victory or defeat you have intimate dialogues as your lieutenant becomes trusting (think social links from persona). Each of the 49 characters has their own trees of who they have special dialogue with. The catch is you need to hear it from both ends, superior to inferior and vice versa.
For all 49 characters
In every iteration
In every permutation
Some are permanently missable
I had over 100 hours when I dropped it like a rock.

Is this worth 20 euros?

Nope. It's literally a game that should be "free" with PS Plus.

Why did that OP in /v/ - Video Games not took English classes to write better?
Admit it.
You loaded the game here so many times you'd go on suicide rampages again and again until you "went back to the missions", right?
Nah. I'd do that here, though. Sometimes I'd even think I wanted to play the missions, but I'd end up spending hours going on rampages until I was killed. Then I would always think "alright, time to do some real shit," but then I'd walk outside and hear that crazy doomsayer right outside, and I just couldn't pass up shooting him in the back of the head. Then of course the cops would hear me and it would start all over again.
>>384621002
That's a good spot too, you spend a lot of time there.
>>384620680
I'd load the game there and then try to drive the biggest, most ungainly vehicles up to the top of the nearby mountain.
So I could launch them off the ramp at the top.
