The loose way the battles are treated now hurts earlier seasons because it makes all that apparent strategy and planning pointless. Battles are won on flukes, luck, and from armies teleported & conjured from nowhere. Army logistics don't mean a damn thing any more. Emilia's acting makes me hate every moment Dany is onscreen. I can put up w/ the shitty, contrived "Sansa is a good politician" stuff because even though it's stupid, I wanted to see that happen more organically anyway, and Sophie Turner doesn't frustrate me with her acting choices.
