Considering that most major ASOIAF characters are clearly based on TAK characters, it's pretty obvious Dany is Isabelle. Both go into exile "across the narrow sea", both are accompanied by a single disgraced noble from the island they want to reconquer, both assemble armies of mercenaries, and both cross the narrow sea again to conquer the kingdom. Obviously GRRM added a bunch of shit like the rape and abolishing slavery, but it's pretty obvious what the starting point for the character was.

The fact that nobody is supposed to even know this song or Shae's relationship with Tyrion apart from Tyrion and the bard who wrote it just adds to the sheer fourth-wall breaking aspect of it.
