Okay, I get it. David Lynch likes long awkward scenes of nothing much happening. I get it, he likes to creep you out with things that don't really make sense on the surface and probably have some sort of deep philosophical meaning.
But that episode was just fucking garbage.
There was no less than TWENTY-FIVE-FUCKING-MINUTES of watching an atomic bomb explode in slow motion, random scenes of static and general nonsense, distorted mixed up footage of people walking around, characters walking around really slowly, staring at the camera and accomplishing very little in general, and then watching a bug-frog-thing get born and then slowly walk through the desert.
Is it meaningful? Maybe. But there is absolutely no fucking excuse whatsoever for any of that shit to have taken even remotely as long as it did.
Oh, but let's not forget that we got a creepy dude walking around (slowly, of course) searching for a light, repeating the same line over and over for several minutes on end, and then we got to watch the bug-frog-thing crawl into a girl's mouth.
And you know what was even crazier than all of that bullshit? That I'm actually seeing people on here defending this shit. They're saying it's artistic or deep. That was garbage. It was a waste of everyone's time that actually sat through it. I pity people who actually sat through every mind-numbingly retarded second of that episode.That isn't fucking art. That's not fucking deep. It's a waste of everyone's goddamn time.

Could you fucking imagine how much plot we could have covered if David Lynch could just be concise with what he's trying to convey instead of this "Here's a nuke blowing up for 10 minutes - it's really symbolic!" bullshit?
If this show could just fucking even be half as concise as the original Twin Peakswe probably would have wrapped up the entire story by now. But no, David Lynch would rather just waste our goddamn time with this stupid pretentious horse shit.
