how would they go down in cinematic history?
>>84127238
>Alimony: the movie.
they would both get the brendan fraser treatment
right now they're guaranteed to be in the history books as highly popular and bankable movie actors that enjoyed the majority of their success in the 90s and 00s.
Just watched this /tv/.
What next?
>>84127211
post on /tv/
Really activates the almonds...
>"How long's it gonna be until one of these companies design an algorithm that detects the latest trends, write a script, and animates the entire movie for you, with the sole intent of appealing to the biggest market possible, and manipulating idiots to make money off them."
Is his prediction going to come true?
>>84127134
i hope it does. if the market is saturated with pre-fabricated synthetic shit, it'll be easier for me to sell my weird, idiosyncratic talk.bizarre porn. Amanokaju series, any day now.
>>84127134
MCU did basically that, the movies are not bad but they don't have a single ounce of boldness
>>84127134
who?
I miss him.
>>84127026
his dog misses him too
>How 'bout the fact that I hate my son? I come home, he's sittin' on the computer in his underwear...wastin' his time in some chitchat room goin' back an' forth with some other fuckin' jerkoff... gigglin' like a little school girl. I wanna fuckin' smash his fuckin' face in.
What did he mean by this?
He means that chatrooms should make a comeback.
>>84126958
he's having trouble connecting with his son but only knows how to tackle problems with violence.
Just
Is there a Nickelodeon actor who's actually doing really well? Because this pic is from an All That reunion, and they all look like drug addicts or hookers.
I used to hear those ominous tones from CSI every night as a kid, trying to sleep, as my parents watched in the next room over. Now cheesy drama audio still makes me anxious and generally whenever I have to watch cable i get really on edge. Anyone else get this?
>Take perfect 10/10 movie script
>Interesting characters, wonderful dialogue, brilliant claustrophobic setting, great plot development and twists, a movie that keeps you on your toes the entire time
>Brilliant 110 minutes of a 10/10 movie
>Ruin it in the last 10 minutes by taking a big dump on everything that just happened and turn it into a scifi action bullshit movie, ignoring all the traits of the character you just spent 110 minutes building up to turn her into le badass feminist heroine xD
There is no more clear example on which you can see the exact moment where the director decided to take a shit on a brilliant script.
You can see the exact moment JJ Abrams takes over to ruin the movie.
Fuck that hack, I hate him so fucking much.
Imagine nobody stopping him
Were there no test screenings or what the heck
What movie should i watch?
Logan, la la land or hidden figures
>>84126607

Does /tv/ like Boogie Nights?
>>84126604

NO MORE WANKY THE YANKY!
The Donger need food!

/tv/ has low functioning down syndrome.
Where was the discussions on films like that of Akira Kurosawa?
>>84126412
you make the common mistake of imagining that /tv/ is one person, and that that person has a single opinion on anything. we are a multitude, our interests range from roller derby to 12th century french poetry and we will NEVER AGREE ON ANYTHING.
>>84126412
I would guess that 80 or 90% of people here have never seen a Kurosawa movie.
REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
