I just downloaded a torrent of pic related only to discover it's got czech overdubs. Is this worth getting hold of a watchable copy in English or should I not bother?

I literally only watched it because it was a 4chan meme. It was a bellow average movie. I wouldn't watch it again unless it was with company and I was very drunk.
If you haven't seen it then I would still give it a go though. It's worth the one watch for 4chan's sake.

Okay I'm just trying to find a good copy now, thanks.

I thought it was great apart from the ending being kind of weak.
>>85327900
apparently the director is pretty crazy.
ehhhhh tho.
The girl was hot af, I thought I've seen her in something else but apparently not.
Is there another actress that looks like her?
>>85327900

Whats a movie you watched you've actually felt like your were ripped off that you didn't pay for?

>uhhhh brendan we like that you improvise and go off script, but we don't know how this would fit into the movie. Wanna take a quick break?
Alan Partridge is the greatest comedy character ever created.
How did Nolan manage to deliver so much raw impact with every fired shot/bomb/torpedo in Dunkirk?
I thought I was desensitisized to the usual Hollywood shooting and killing with thousands of weightless bullets flying left and right, while here a single bullet felt like an actual threat for everyone's life, on and off-screen.
The opening shot alone gave me PTSD, from the city shootout to that first Stuka beach dive bombing.
Was it just because of the exceptionalsound design or was there something else to it?
>>85327602
Excessively loud volume.
Dunkirk veterans themselves said the sound effects were ridiculously over the top.
Since you can't feel the effects of the explosions and shots physically, Nolan simply turns up the volume to give you a similar jolt.
Sort of like how Spielberg used a 90 degree shutter angle to give the image a strobe like effect - Obviously your vision doesn't strobe when getting shot at, but you feel jarred and jittery, so it's an easy way to translate that feeling to audience who can only experience vision and sound.
>>85327675
>Dunkirk veterans themselves said the sound effects were ridiculously over the top.
Because they are now 90 year old grandads who didn't hear a sound louder than the news on their telly for more than 60 years.
Yes the film is loud, but real war is really REALLY loud. Like painfully loud, most soldiers have some form of hearing problems from that era. You can get lifelong tinnitus from a single rifle shot near you, not to mention multiple Stukas flying over your head with sirens blaring and bombs dropping from all sides.
>>85327797
This. Left ear is fucked from being 10 meters away from ASLAVs firing their 30mms. War is loud as fuck
So it's pretty obvious the show is building up to the inevitable battle between Richard Horne and Wally Brando.
Who will, in your opinion, gain the upper hand in this modern Titanomachy?
>>85327538
Is this bait?
Wally Brando like the majority of characters shoved into the show in Season 3 are throw-aways. They are uninteresting, their stories go nowhere. They are mainly used so normies stick around, and say shit like "Hey! I know that guy from X movie/show!".
