A good request is one with an idea or a theme with references. "Draw my OC getting fucked by a bunch of tentacles" with a picture of the OC and references of the tentacles and positions is a good request. "Draw my OC doing something lewd or SFW I don't care" with only a picture of the OC is a shit request. If you don't care enough to put in the effort in your request, why should I put in the effort to draw your character?

Here are some examples from the other thread since nobody in here gets their feelings hurt.
The top request is a good request. It has a pose reference, a picture of the subject, an idea of what should be happening in the picture while not being too specific.
The middle request is a bad request. It has a picture of the subject, but that's it. There are no pose references, there are no lingerie references. This is too vague and nonspecific.
The bottom request is a bad request. There is a picture that helps illustrate what they're talking about but doesn't help the artist. They are WAY too specific with what they want leaving the artist with 0 room to take artistic liberties.

Not sure if I should be happy that I was gifted the chance to see such a huge amount of autism (gave me a few kekes) or if I should fuck out of here because this place is clearly autistic

Also there's nothing wrong with "draw my character" requests, if someone is in the mood for a quick little doodle they could just grab one of those that look interesting and just doodle around and do whatever with that. There's also nothing wrong with the super specific requests either because those are easier if you have no idea what to do as well as the fact that it's not holy scripture and the artist could easily draw the request slightly differently than suggested; of course, if you're gonna go that path it is more than possible that you'll get a bit of backlash. Also I don't really like using a lot of references with my art unless I'm specifically trying to study something to draw so all your "muh references" arguments are completely nullified in my case- Oh yeah! That's another thing, artists - creative people - are naturally DIFFERENT and DIVERSE meanig that not everyone will have your same bullshit nitpicky standards.
