I really don't any more, I just genuinely like the design.
Right now I use her more in a fantasy setting as a sort of faerie dragon who assumes and impish form when she wants to go indoors.
Even if she was still used for digimon(which she isn't, I can't stress this enough) Any time I post her in the normal drawthread I get pointed here.
So lets take a hypothetical. If for whatever reason, people still insist that the character that belongs to me, is still a franchise character...where on earth am I supposed to post her? Am I just boned? Am I undeserving of consideration for delivery because I was once a bit too much of a fan of a franchise?

An idea or concept can be looked at from any number of angles and interpretations so I love to see how other folks would handle them. It kinda stems from the mecha scene and how a single unit can be interpreted in vastly different ways by different artist but still carry what makes that machine unique.

Your P&P is really good. A lot better than most P&P artists. I like how crisp the lines are. I'm not sure why you let your artwork down. Are you trying to get away from grayscale and into color? I don't think the markers are working when used over pencil shading. Have you considered colored pencils? Painting? Waterpaints? If you want to go digital though, definitely pick up a tablet.
There is a technique using color multiply layers to color grayscale drawings. I could color one of your pencil works and show you what I mean. I also requested your minccino in edit thread.

I put some of the art I have in here (mostly the non-lewd and actually COLORED stuff)
Essentially, I had created her with the intent of making a subby, chubby shark character, seeing as most of the ones i've seen are usually turbo lesbians or dickgirls (not that theres anything particularly wrong with that or that it isnt my cup of tea, but I hadnt seen anything quite outside of that in the same species until a little later.)
She's supposed to be a fairly young (by which I mean non-milf), but particularly CHUNKY nerdy girl. With thick thighs and a good amount of paunch to match, a pair of glasses, LOTS of freckles, crimson red hair and amber yellow eyes.
A shut in and a closet pervert, if you will. A little naive of her assets, and content with being this shut-in that she is, but yearning for romantic involvement.

Well I know how much work art is and it makes me VERY embarrassed to have to give details for someone to illustrate, so honestly you've caught me completely stumped.
I'd be fine with any content honestly, cause I love to see what artists like to do with her in their respective styles. Buuu~uuut...
I have a soft spot for offensive and/or lewd clothing. Boob shirts if you will. More than anything i'd love to see Venus in a shirt, some sweatpants, or other prominent attire that labels her VERY lewdly.
Some of my favorites include stuff like those shorts that are labeled "WIDE LOAD" or a shirt that says "QUEEN SIZED THIGHS". Anything like that would just make me melt, especially if she's embarrassed to be in it.
And though her hair is nice and long, I adore seeing her with different hairstyles... I would want someone to have fun in drawing her.

I'm by no means an expert on crosshatching, but in my experience it can be a "less is more" thing. It seems like every time I use hatching, I end up erasing half of it. You seem to have made pretty good use of it, though!

You could make a kangaroo that's an australian stereotype, crocodile dundee and all that. Kentucky has a "Kentucky Down Under" park, you could make him a southern redneck kangaroo. You could make him into a boxer, a beach-bum, a surfer, or go against that and make him a professor, a nerd, a gamer, something smart. Visually, you can either just make a normal kangaroo or give him something distinct. Does he have a favorite hat he wears all the time? Are his ears really long or short, is he self-conscious of them? Does he wring his tail when he's nervous? Is he buff, or is he more sleek?
You can do whatever you like with your OC.
