The save DC on a bunch of abilities scales really weirdly. There doesn't seem to be any good reason to scale them off of number of mutations instead of the standard 10 + 1/2 Level + Ability.

Bloom is exactly copy-pasted Lay On Hands. Don't beat around the bush. Just call it Lay On Hands. Same with Ambrosia and Mercies. You even copied the text with links from d20pfsrd.

There's no such thing as "a reaction" to spend. It's also really weird that you're inflicting negative morale bonuses.

You really need to get someone to edit this. It's riddled with term errors (competency bonus, necrotic damage, reaction), typos, and janky wording.

Anyone have any advice for setting up dungeons? I'm not big into lots of really minor encounters dispersed over a large map (Room A has 2 kobolds, Room B has a trap, Room C has an Orc) but I also don't like the 'roleplay until you get to the next big fight' way some people run games. The former is especially clumsy with online games and the latter doesn't do anything for me. Can PF hit a good sweet spot?

I think so. Just because there's no trap or monster in a room doesn't mean it's not interesting. In fact, if anything, it means it MUST be interesting- at least from a dungeon designing perspective. Consider the purpose for which a dungeon was constructed and what its inhabitants use it for. Even if a room has no use to the PCs, it had some kind of use to someone at some point- if it didn't, you're wasting map space by putting it in your dungeon. As much as possible, avoid rooms that exist ONLY to be connectors between other rooms.

For example, if you've got two rooms that are bland and boring and you don't know what to do with them, put a locked door in one and hide a key in the other. Come up with a reason for the key to be in that room, like perhaps it's on the dead corpse of the keykeeper, and the PCs can get a hint at the dangers to come in the dungeon by examining his corpse. Now you've added purpose and entertainment to both of those rooms.

My players love roleplaying first and foremost, especially inter-party roleplaying, punctuated by moments of political intrigue or social maneuvering. They love combat just as equally and lean heavily toward Tier 3 classes, especially PoW, though a few like to play Tier 2's and 1's in very supportive Merlin-esque roles like a grumpy old mentor wizard or well-meaning but stressed out young healer Cleric. Exploration in the last few APs has been kind of a dud. I mean, they do it, and enjoy it when it furthers the central plotline, but scrapping through random rooms often makes them want to just get back to the primary story thread. Sometimes they've even skipped entire branches of a dungeon if they think they're on the right track, giving up whole sections worth of loot and enemies to slay if it means they can get more plot and roleplaying out of a session. They usually play smart and scout, scry, etc. but can become overzealous in their pursuit of the storyline and have walked into traps before because of that.

I love them to death but classic endless dungeons just don't seem to generate the same kind of enthusiasm as a plot and roleplay heavy AP or homebrew campaign does.

Let your players figure out that some NPC needs to be questioned or something, but when they get there, he's chumming it up with the local thugs. Bad Dude NPC takes off and the party has to fight the thugs. He doesn't make it far before they catch up, but then he's got someone bigger and badder to protect him and that guy has his homiez.

Let the players go the wrong way or run through someone's dressing room and whatever hilarity you can think of, but they always wind up running into the guy until they corner the target.

The think about roaming encounters is that you're not tracking them. You don't decide in advance, "There are four patrols, they start in these spots, and move around like so." and then have them be gone when the PCs take them out. Those are just normal encounters, albeit ones that are moving. Roaming encounters implies you're talking about the idea of rolling some dice every X units of time or when the PCs do certain things and possibly having them be jumped if you roll a certain number. They're a mechanic that exists to discourage the PCs (and the players) from doing certain things you don't want them to do.

If the roaming encounters pay out with good EXP and loot, why shouldn't the players take the chance to farm them? If your answer is "Because they don't respawn infinitely" then you're not really answering the question because it still leaves no reason for the players not to farm as many encounters as they can. If your answer is "Because that'd be meta" then... Well, not really? PCs logically aren't going to feel safe in a dungeon until they've killed all the threats.
