I hate to interact with things such as, well, anything in this federation, but we are left with no other option after an incident.

Somehow, an alien has snuck its way past our borders and infected one of our idyllic homeworlds with a virus, when our immunity systems are already poor. We know not what kind of an alien it was, but it resembled a monkey and we have executed it for barbaric violation of Fenkin laws.

I can write up some stuff for the Noos

The Noos are a peaceful agrarian society that never really got into a true and proper industrial era, instead they advanced through the means of genuine wanderlust and curiosity.
To the Noo, hard labour in the peacefull and serene countryside was the greatest gift one could get from the All-Mother and the All-Father. This leads us to their faith, the Noo believe that the Great All-Mother (Keh-Oova) and the All-Father (Hek-Kasoo) brought the first grains and animals to the Noos before they departed for lands unknown. It is conciderd bad luck to not say one of the many thanking prayers at the start of the sun season, and at the end it also custom to leave a small offering at one of the small shrines that one can find almost anywhere near Noo settlements [On the Terran Calender the sun season starts in early March, and ends in July on Jhool Prime].
The agrarian society that the Noos means that the term urbanisation is almost alien to them, and many other species will often find the look of chock and awe on a Noo when they visit a big city for the first time.

The Noo Liberty Union is a Democratic Empire, where any member of the society has a say in everything that effects them. The Prime Minister is elected every 10 years, and have the right to run for it as long as he or she wishes, and the content nature of the Noos is what makes the ability to abuse the system almost impossible; "becuase why would I want to rule forever when I can relax at home and tend to the crops" - Ploa-Ne Moo Former Prime Minister

But the lack of any industrialization is also a weakness for the Noos, as they have adapted to perfectly to their simple ways, that many other planets might be a bit too unwelcoming for them at the start, but as soon the first seeds are planted and the livestock is culled then the Noos will take the challange of settling on an alien world head on.

The Elected Leader of the Fevarians, known as the Presidental Priest, is also the leader of the Conclave of Telepaths.

Fevarians prefer to live within colder regions of their homeworld, Fevaria, primarily in Taigas and Mountain Ranges.

Now that I'm home from work I can work on some Collective fluff, forgive me I am not the best writer.

The Collective are not a normal product of evolution rather they are the result of precursor meddling. For reason unknown to the Collective a race of precursors had bombed several planets with a virus, the result of this was all life on these planets becoming mutated in terrible ways and changing the very landscape of the planets into toxic hellholes with atmospheres so corrosive they would erode even the mountains. After a couple thousand years of stagnation the mindless lifeforms started to hear a voice and soon that voice had spoken to all of them on every planet, while not necessarily a hive mind they all share a consciousness while retaining small amounts of individuality per organism.. Before long the creatures started to work to become a full society and learn how to manipulate their unique physiology finding out that their genes are incredibly malleable.

After connecting the many planets they encountered the Vrex an hostile race that had the intention of enslaving the Collective, it was this war that the Deep Children were developed as a massive shock and awe weapon to completely destroy an enemies moral by whipping out home planets.

Most Collective now work to further push their genetic boundaries, and they feel the Federation is the best option for that with both research and observation from other perspectives.

Once this war is over, the Bloodball games will finally be open to all species for participation, and we will host a grand tournament to celebrate it. Federation members, associates, clients and protectorates as well as neighboring states are formally invited to sign teams up if they wish. The tournament champions will be rewarded with 5000 BC, divided evenly to its ten players.

For those who're not knowledgeable about Bloodball, the rules are simple. It's a ten versus ten combat sport where every contestant dukes it out in a virtual reality world. To win, they must bring a "blood ball" to the opposing team's goal in an effort to score points. The team with the most points when the timer hits zero wins the game. To accomplish this, the VR world will provide them a variety of weapons they can use, including but not exclusively Enforcers, Bio Rifles, Pulse Guns and Rocket Launchers. When a contestant dies, they will enter a ghost state where they can observe their teammates' perspective until they "respawn", in which case they jump back into a new body and get back into the match.

If by any chances the score ends up being a tie, the teams will then enter Sudden Death mode where they compete to win the tiebreaker by killing the other team before they kill them. In Sudden Death, contestants cannot respawn. If Sudden Death drags on, the VR world will start throwing hazards to end the match quickly.

This dossier will provide further and more detailed information on Bloodball. Feel free to upload it publicly.

It is a highly violent combat sport and might be shocking or nightmarish for non-Krayken children, so keep that in mind.

We're currently installing a Bloodball Simulator Machine onboard the station in the Combine Section to help non-Krayken teams get used to it. We expect good sportsmanship, so we will do our best to support rookie teams.

The simulation program that we use was originally invented to simulate experimental Krayken weaponry and intense martial training without putting anyone's lives at risk, but it was eventually realized that we could use it to sate our people's violent instincts. So it should be able to simulate foreign weaponry if you give it time to analyze the blueprints.

As for weapon legality in Bloodball, the current plans are to artificially reduce everyone's physical strength and remove certain elements to give every species a fair fighting chance (otherwise you could just cheat by genemodding advantages on yourself), though good physical condition will still matter. In the case of the Collective, the simulation would likely be programmed to prevent the Collective's natural weaponry from working.

Aside from that, there will be no need to bring weapons to the games. The simulator will digitally create weapons for you to handle, and the tournament will have its own list of what weapons will be available. The dossier will also provide a list of weaponry to be digtally used in Bloodball.

It seems that in the absence of Representative Jaxara of the Tau who is fighting bravely on the front lines, I must make my own introductions.

Mmm...well...hello representatives. It seems that much has happened in my absence, the start of the war and all. Nevertheless, my diplomatic mission to the Raduxo Imperium's Council has been somewhat successful. We agreed on keeping the Selarian's rather remote and perilous territory neutral. Although they did rather rudely rip off my vestigial tail, but they do grow back.
In these times the contribution of a small, neutral sect of reptilians from all backgrounds, is miniscule. However, since we were at the start of this session, we feel that all representatives should be aware that our humble religious order is not interested in profit, having developed a self-sustaining civilization on our section of asteroid belt. While we rarely send missionaries, the border dispute that preceded this conflict forced us to seek the aid of the Federation.

Having our isolated place in the galaxy centureis ago, our peaceful philosophy has prevented involvement in all but when the integrity of our culture and our civilian disciples was threatened by the Raduxo tyrants, our Abbot decided we had to commit to our most sacred motto:'The inner calm reaches out to placate the shifts of life'. In essence, our belief centers on the goodness inherent in life and we knew we had to act as modest peacekeepers when so many lives were thrown out of balance. Specifically, I of the Macularius Division was sent here in the rare instance where the Clerics need Foreign Diplomacy, away from my normal function of accounting and bookkeeping.

But I must tell you, we are under pressure and are rather overwhelmed by the influx of refugees as a result of the conflict. Could anyone perhaps send a few carriers our way? To aid in the relocation of those already healed, of course.
