The class level NPCs existed before the party reaches their level. They are named characters that do their own thing, have their own motivations, and now want to smack down the threat to what they care about.

This can happen at level 1 or 21, since these NPCs are built to the world, not the encounter.

Well, checking to make sure the party is healthy includes routine checks on all their bodily functions, like ejaculation for instance. Of course this means prostate milking.
Now some of them might object to this, even start to get a little antsy about it. But you're a cleric, all this means is you have to use magic to hold them down. After that just make sure to be extra careful until their protests turn into helpless moans, and if you can make sure to constantly reassure them that it feels so much better if they just give in

If your DM is good for 3pp, look at Legendary Kineticists 1/2. Be an Overwhelming Soul Kineticist. Take Kinetic Blade. Then, take Overwhelming Prowess and Flashy Finesse. Congrats, you're now useful, and you get CHA to hit and damage with a weapon that scales 1d6+1 per 2 levels.

A social rogue with lots of wands would be something. You'd be more of a part-time martial though.

You can make a magus become charisma-based with the eldritch something. Also, check out their unique FCB with the class!

Both of these are largely unaffected by their small size and strength penalty for delivering damage. You can also specialize in Dirty Tricks if you use the alternate racial trait for +2 to them and ignored Int prerequisites.

She's a ranged fighter, even though I was originally planning to do punchgirl meta- she's Wis-based because most lewdgame builds dump Wis hard, and I tried to fill in as many important skills as possible.

Working on a magus class revamp, particularly a pool strike like ability. It'd have sneak attack like damage progression, (+1d6 per odd level) with it increasing to full level Xd6 with an arcane pool point. The ability is meant to be the class feature replacement for ISG spam, with changing element options.

Questions
Should it provoke AoOs like a spell?
If it would provoke, does it do it on the "Full CL" version, the spammable "Sneak attack like" version, or both?
Would it be too good to let the magus decide the element at each cast?
I want it to use the threat range of the weapon, and increase the die to d8s with x3 weapons, and d10s with x4s. Is that too much?
Any other suggestions?

All I can advise on is how my wizard married a sphinx way back before I was ForeverDM. Party had a ruin to explore near her lair, and he knew about her since they had to answer riddles to use a path on the way to said ruins. After most days of exploring, he'd hike back to chat with the only other person in a hundred miles with an Int score over 12.
They became friends, and even after their quest took the party away, he eventually learned Teleport and dropped by to show her interesting items he'd discovered. Friendship grew into something more, and he during the final arc of the campaign he put together a proposal fit for a sphinx.
A rubik's cube that when solved turned into a six sided sudoku, that turned into a wrap-around crossword asking a riddle, the answer to which created a cypher for a magical word that converted it into a puzzle box, and within the puzzle box was a ring on a necklace.

So my group has been adventuring to stop a disease that is basically super-Ebola created by an evil cult to weaken the city for ...reasons (not sure if any of my players browse /tg/). Anyway, the city is about 18,000 people and it's been probably a couple weeks now. I already gave the idea that about 15% of the city is dead (it was a damaging enough plague before they started fucking around and going on random side quests instead of focusing on finding the cure). So I am curious if there is any good way of calculating how many people have died by now? The disease is Fort DC 20, cure two saves, 1d4 Str & 1d4 Con per day. So pretty lethal for commoners.

Don't have the ability provoke in either form. Choosing elemental damage on attack isn't broken, as long as you don't obviate the choice with force damage or something. Bumping the damage die with crit multipliers is unnecessary, since Magi can't take advantage of crazy high crit multiplier weapons beside picks. Strength Magi already grab Falcatas and that's 19-20 x3, so it would be a pure buff for them.

I also suggest allowing this archetype to trade damage dice for debuffs when they do their pool strike.

I guess you could figure out the percentage of people who would fail their roll and average out the damage, then apply it to a chunk of a bar from 1 to 100 representing percentage of population, rolling to see where the damaged chunk starts, and then the next day do the same thing. Just collapse the bar a point each time an individual point dies, thus rolling for 1 to 99 to see where it starts. That's assuming everyone is infected though. Not that you can't do something weird to fix that.

This is actually pretty complicated. You could just guess how much died instead.

How do you make a character without planning your entire build ahead of time? It's like I start every campaign with my character already finished and all I have left to do is actually level it up.

Usually when I play games like this I like to start with a blank slate character and let the story determine where I go as far as personality, class, playstyle, etc.

With Pathfinder I'm always afraid to do that. First because I never know what class/race/build to start with as my blank slate, and second because I'm worried that I'll be wasting all of my early feats and skills on things that won't ultimately be of any use to me.
