Most people in Germany, in terms of football, most likely hate Italy the most. They get everyone seething every time, followed by the Netherlands. Though the Netherlands don't make most people mad, it's just a rivalry that most people would like to be won. I suppose most people don't want to lose to England either.
Everything else doesn't matter, obviously there's other strong European teams that are interesting matches and have everyone anxious like Spain and France. Outside of Europe there's only really Argentina.
Politically, right now it's Muslims for right wingers and teenagers, Turkey, USA and Russia for everyone else (obviously this doesn't mean everyone, and not a lot of people even care, they just have a negative disposition towards those countries if you were to ask them.
I don't know about the UK.
