Anyone legitimately impressed with how far frank has come since the BT deal. Compare last nights shows to some of the dross he was failing to make come off in previous years. Much better production values, building stars but not having them swamp the show, good lower level brawls to mean there's something worth watching if the main event turns out to be as one sided as yesterday.

He still has a ways to go but he's clearly putting a lot of effort in now and can concentrate on the boxing now he doesn't have to worry about the money

Just went to look for my scorecard on one of the forums out of interest because I'm pretty sure I didn't score it that way at all. Though I only saw it once and had only been watching boxing for about a year so perhaps I didn't know what I was seeing. This was mine without deductions, Loma was pretty bad until the last 3 rounds, his constant holding left him open to a lot of inside work which won Salido the rounds (below the belt or not). The first round was a bit of a swing round but I've no idea how you can give the fight to Loma with no deductions.

When not in the gym I do hill sprints, different types of shuttle sprints, sets of 100m - 400m sprints. Mix them all up and mix up rest times depending on what I feel like doing. Still feel like all of that is a different type of cardio than when I'm doing hard Padwork or drilling
