You may have to make the wingers stay back through player instructions to give some impression of a five-man midfield, but looking for the overlap and telling your WBs to push far the fuck up could help.

It feels like there's been a sudden switch turned on in mid October 2018. I had had a news story or two linking me to random clubs, but no actual offers before then. Suddenly I've gotten 100 offers in 4 months.

And the offers aren't even making sense. On the same day that Swansea (14th in the prem and fairly secure) asked me for an interview, so did Rochdale AFC, a league1/2 yoyo club. If Swansea think I'm a solid target worth investigating, why would a league 2 club think they could afford me? Why would a prem club be interested in a guy who's only accomplishment is lucking promotion through playoffs from segundab to adelante? I've never managed in a top tier and a midtable prem side was interested. It would seem odd, except they're not the only ones. I've had offers from Ligue 1, EPL, Serie A, Brasileiro, Eredivisie... Amusingly only 2 from the German third league and nothing higher despite my manager being german.
