The DLP will drop in between CB's, Full backs will push up towards midfield, wingers will operate in half spaces in between the full backs and cb's of opposition. A 3-4-3 will be the result.

Conte doesn't play 3-4-3 like you would enter it in FM tactical creator. You put the defensive formation in in the tactical creator, you determine attacking movement and shit with roles and instructions. Since Conte plays 5-4-1 in defence your shit should be looking more like this.

But I don't really know that much about his tactic and the individual roles, I believe Pedro and Hazard play relatively central so IF should do that if you give them the individual role to sit narrower, AP would be closer to real life Hazard but the role is pretty bad right now in the engine. I guess Costa would work as a CF. Don't know if he comes deep a lot or not. I believe Azpilicueta goes forward a bit in possession so a BPD would fit. Both FBs provide width so they would fit WB or CWB. I have no idea about the central duo, Kante more of a ball winner I guess? I don't know how much he goes forward. Conte gets wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy too much credit for what he is actually doing tactically anyway.

I really hate SI and they are lazy fucks but this is such a terrible argument that I see all the time.
There are numerous game devs that try to do something like FM and they all fail miserably because they do it 1000 times worse.
The point is SI were doing it well which is how they grew it into such a huge force, they've just been lazy with new features and improving existing features over the last 3-5 years but no denying they still have the best football management game. It just won't stay that way for long if they continue on their present course. Eventually someone will make a half decent rival and catch up to them in development but the sort of morons that are trying at the moment are laughably bad but nonetheless they are out there so you can criticise other devs being even worse.
