It is true that there is a lot of weird shit considered as Sahih (authentic) by the Sunnis.
The thing is you'll see that the Hadith used by Sunnis are from different sources than the one used by Shi'as (for instance the shi'a don't consider the Hadith from Aisha as legit, for them Aisha was a kaffir, which i may or may not agree based on the fact that she fought against Uthman during the Battle of the Camel even though during Muhammad's (saws) life time he said that there will be a time when everyone will be against him (Uthman) and he will be right, referring to that particular battle when most of the Sahaba fought alongside Aisha)
Most, if not all the Sunni Hadiths that have sexual content that could be considered as depraved are coming from Aisha.

In all fairness i don't think that i'm a very good source for you on Sunni Hadiths because i'm still questioning myself on whether the Sunni or the Shi'a sect is the real one (partly because of the weird Hadith from the Sunni books).

if you mean a country where life is good i would say morocco, algeria, lybia under gadaffi (press F to pay respects), indonesia (biggest muslim population), malaysia (even tho they have sharia law)

For iran i know that they're developping modern weapons of the same generation as russians, chineses and american today. Very few countries are developing their own weapons today (most countries import them). They also did some good progress in rocket science. although it's more for a military use, at least they aren't like the shit leaders of saudi arabia that sit on a ton of money but produce nothing and resort to importing everything.
As for morocco they're getting some very high technologies in the agriculture department (in cooperation with israel, but that's another subject), i know that for Algeria there's a domestic development of nuclear energy funded by the government without foreign support. For Malaysia if i'm not mistaken they achieved some breakthrough in the medical department (something i read about vaccines)

And what's worse is that the SAA can't take advantage of its superior firepower in the close quarters of urban environments.
