2) She never was barred from visiting US at least to my knowledge
3) Her knowing McFaul (Obama's ambassador) is not a surprise considering that she is a lobbyist with links to some people on Magnitsky List. Again, these links were reported years before this day. Also McFaul was somewhat popular among people from our govt.

It appears to me that discussing Trump office position on Magnitsky Act was in fact a real purpose of her visit. However, she might have been under surveillance during that meeting — can't deny that.
